Independent TV — refund is not being processed | |
I have ordered independent tv connection 3 months back and made online payment for the same. After one month of chasing them for installation they showed their inconvenience to provide the installation and conveyed that refund will be initiated in 5-7 working days. It has been more than 2 months but they have not provided the refund neither there is any communication for them regarding this. When i call to connect then neither there toll-free number works (Invalid number) not there is any response from them on the mail they have provided on their site. And now even the mail is not delivered. So there is no means to connect and it is very irresponsible of such a big brand acting as a fraudulent. Was this information helpful? | |

Independent on my 1 year packed On Independent HD + SD, Independents do not see HD channels Plzz On my HD Channel
