Independent TV — refund my booking amount

I had two advance booking for independent tv connection in march 2018. But still didn't any information regarding installation from your end. So i request you please refund my amount both booking. I am providing detail

Please refund my both booking 500 each means total 1000rs in my account whoose i provide above detail as soon as possible. I hope you will credit my amount as soon as possible.

Maine many times customer care helpline number pr cal kiya but 10 month ho gye abhi tak solution nhi mila hai. Refund ke liye bhi 2 month se request send kr rha hu phir bhi refund nhi hua hai.
