Dear sir,
I m naresh kumar from panchkula, my independent set top box no. Sn:- [protected]. My all channel viewing package is valid for one year. For few a days, you have closed some sports and movies channels. I want to know how these channels are closed by you. Your customer care no. Is invalid from some days. Please solve my problem.

From 4 days my independent tv not running.when tv on error 400 signal lost.
Weather condition of your location or at broadcast site may have affected your service.
I call customer care but not any response
