Independent TV — regarding refund of rs 1999

I booked independent tv box on 22 december 2018. My customer id: [protected]. I was told that your money wil be refunded as new installations are not taking place. I called on customer care number saying [protected] several times. They told that your request and details are forwarded to the team. Bt i didnt get any money back. Its about an year that i have ordered. Now i want my 1999 money to be refunded.
