Independent TV — signal lost | |||
Dear sir, I am the user of independent tv since september 2018. All channels were coming very well in month between september 2018 to january 2019 but now days the hd channels are missing and signal error problem is going on nowdays in my tv. And your policy says that these channels are free for 1 year but this not fair that you create this new problem of signal lost if your company is not able to provide best service so why this offers you give. And if you want to recharge of setupbox then you will contact me then i shall reacharge my setupbox. I shall watch this only one week if your company not give me proper service then i can change your setupbox. I hope you may solve my problem and give me a positive result in future.
