Independent TV — stb is not active

I purchased independent tv connection few days back. But from last 2 week there is no signal for any channel with erro 400. I tried to contact customer care no provided by the company but the no is frequently busy from last 1 week. Very poor service from independent tv. I want all the money back which i have paid to independent tv. I am going to file a case against the independent tv in consumer court. I have recharged the dth with independent customer app rs.372 but there is no signal and msg showing that your stb is not active contact your operater. I tried to contact customer care no thousand of times but it frequently busy. And unable to submit complaint. Payment id..1657042
