I am a independent tv long term customer, but last one month i have facing stb problem, i have registered many complaints but no one visited at my premises for resolving my issue.

Every time i have received a sms from company your service request has been closed, however my problem not resolved and no one visited at my home

Kindly escalate this matter i am not able to view anything
