Dear sir, i am a customer of Independent tv dish service. At the time of installing the dish in November 2018, and book the dish in the month of march 2018 with 500 rupees advance amount and total amount 2250 at the time of installing, 8 month they take to install it. I opted for freedom pack 1999. In this pack they give me full one year free subscription of all channels ( SD and HD). But after few months HD channels are out of my pack and after few days, english channel and many more channels are also out from my pack. When i contact them with customer care they tell me about new trai policy, in which all these channels are not free. If i want to continue to see these channels i want pay for them. Firstly they give us free channels subscription at the time of purchase and then they change it in few months, it is wrong doing by Independent tv. And then after few months star channels are stop and then zee and Viacom 18 and from 15 june all the channels are vanished and Error 400 is shown on the screen. I want a strict action against independent tv, so they did not harras their customers anymore. They don't have any customer care service, they change their number always and gives us new number who did not work. And the 4 days i want to contact them but failed in all attempts.
