Independent TV — worst service, channels get paused after 5 seconds constantly.

Hi,
This is to inform you that the worst service you are providing i have complained many times related to independent tv but no response even your customer care is not available.
It’s been week since my channel are not working properly every 5 seconds channel gets paused and it’s happening constantly.
Literally, i’m regretting to get this independent tv the worst service i ever had.
As soon as my independent validity finishes off i will remove this

Ps: my channel not working properly it gets paused after 5 seconds constantly.
This is not first time i am facing this problem.
