In continuation of my previous complaints on 15th dec 18, 9 jan and 15 jan 19 Customer id - [protected] Today i received one msg that your request complaint no closed. No body come and check the problem and without resolve the issue they closed the complaint them self only. What a pathetic service. To whom we can trust who will resolve the problem and who will feel the customer pain. I registered same complaint on this consumer form 4 time but i think no body can help to resolve customer problems I am surprised how they can closed the compaint without resolving the issue I request to concern person of this consumer form please intervene and get some solution Already registered complaint on consumer form on 15th dec 18 and 09 jan 19 Customer id - [protected] Today almost one month completed for installation and same complaint but no worry bothered the customer pain. I contacted your customer care so many time but always i got the reply of 24-48 hours and not one month completed for registering the complaint. Your team and your company is so cheaper and third class services and i say no services. They didn't bothered the customer. Now i dont want your service so please take away your setup box...
