With due respect i request you to refund my 1999/- rs ammt of subscription of independent tv dth. This dth service is fail to serve us even from february 2019. Lagging channels, star channel disappear, then came again, then again lagging problem, then disappearance of zee and color channel and at last shutting of all channels with shutting of office and customercare also. No prior intimation of any act done by them and giving false dates. Since i have taken this dth service every day i done call to customercare of complain. Not a single day our family saw happily this tv since we have taken this dth service. Pl make arrangement of refund as early as possible. Thank you. With regards. Mob no:-[protected], n m mirza.
