India Bulls — home loan emi higher interest rate

Dear sir/madam,

Bring to your notice that i hva taken the home loan from india bull in 2017/12/19, inclusing some additional charges was 38.64 lk. While taking bank has promissed me the rate will be as floating a per rbi rules. Which i for gor 8.35% interest rate. After 6 month the bank started charging interest rate at 9.85%.
From 2017 dec to till now the total principle amount been reduced only by only 1 lakh. I have been send the mail to bank for higher interest rate the bank has replyed for as per bank policy current sictuation we are charing more interest rate to you it seems, why should consumer suffer for bank personal issues.
