India Bulls — not informing the customer about the deductions

Sir,
I, mrs anshu mala shukla, had applied for a personal loan of rs.7.00 lakhs from india bulls. The authorized agent didn’t inform me about any deduction regarding processing fee. Now the loan amount of rs.6, 91, 558.00 have been transferred to my bank account, application no. Iv00049123 without informing me and after deducting a processing fee of rs.9000/-|the ivl finance company has also issued an insurance for itself with icici lombard for a premium of rs.12894/- deduted from my account to be safe from any mishappenings to me and so that their loan amount is secured. With no information of policy no. Hence the loan sanctioned to me comes to be rs.712894 where as i received only amount of rs.6, 91, 558.00 secondly they have issued another cheque for rs.18597/-as ecs mandate registration. This amount is in addition to the 60 instalments of rs 15497/-which i would have to pay. These deductions have been made without informing me or taking any permission from me. Sir please resolve the issue otherwise i am not going to pay the emi’s and stop the ecs facility for deducting the monthly instalments.
