India Cakes — birthday cake was ordered from india cakes but the delivery of the order was not done and money not willing to refund

This is to bring to your notice that i have placed an order for a birthday cake on 16th may 9:45am which had to be delivered today, i. E., 19th may but did not deliver the order. There is no information about the order, though tried a lot to contact via phone call but was unsuccessful.
Anyways, i have paid rs990/ and i want the complete refund.
I will have to take the necessary action if not refunded.
