India Cakes — Fraud in delivery my ordered product

I have ordered a cake and a flower to make someone special day more special through their app which will get it on playstore. Even after selecting the desired time frame for the order delivery time and date receiver haven't got the delivery which was promised as per the terms and condition. Contacted their customer care for an update so they haven't been sounding too convincing of the product delivery which was amounted of 1080 rs including all the tax and convenience charges they took. Having a bad experience on the 1st order.
