I Dr. Deepinder Singh had acquired India filing services for initiation of my pvt. ltd. company (Estimate #:[protected]. There are 5 directors in our company which bears equal share. The processing was initiated with Mr. Javed Ansari who begin the company incorporation procedure with 3 directors and committed to incorporate others 2 directors later on once bank account of the company has been activated. He even charged the fees for 5 directors. Completing their requirement I asked the organization to incorporate remaining 2 members as directors in the company but they are just delaying the procedure. Its been over 2 months that they are transferring my case to different persons (Ms. Bhanu Rekha, Ms. HEENA ANSARI, Mr. Sarit, Ms. Punithavalli, Ms. Komal and many more) but coming out with no solution. Our company is just a starup and because of the organization neglecting attitude we are loosing so many deals. They have been unnecessarily bothering and harassing us even after fulfilling all their requirements.
