India First Life Insurance — Terrible customer service

I have been dealing with a "character" called Tushar for a simple statement of my policy.
For four times continuously, he has sent the statement for the period 2010 to 2014.
How many more times do I need to send him a request for getting the statement for 01 March 2021 to 31 March 2022 period.
I give up totally, he is totally dumb and should get the Nobel Prize for stupidity.
Seems he is totally illiterate & unable to read ENGLISH to check the statement he is sending.
Could someone with slightly more brain power deal with my case?
Meanwhile, this man, Tushar, needs to have his brain examined!!!
