Terrible customer service
Case No: 7610993
I have been dealing with a "character" called Tushar for a simple statement of my policy.
For four times continuously, he has sent the statement for the period 2010 to 2014.
How many more times do I need to send him a request for getting the statement for 01 March 2021 to 31 March 2022 period.
I give up totally, he is totally dumb and should get the Nobel Prize for stupidity.
Seems he is totally illiterate & unable to read ENGLISH to check the statement he is sending.
Could someone with slightly more brain power deal with my case?
Meanwhile, this man, Tushar, needs to have his brain examined!!!

As i have not recieved hard copy of my policy before than i m requesting to cancell my policy but they are saying that free look period is over so cant cancell my policy as i have taken my policy online time given by them to cancellation is 30 days and i have given request before 30 days but they r trying to do fraud with me as there agents r offering loan through that policy so please help me to cancell my policy my policy no. I am Mahesh Mahadik. I lived in Mumbai Goregaon.I am approaching my complaint to HDFC life insurance, India's first life insurance & liberty health insurance Company. This all thing is happening with me for past more than one year.
I am running a very small business. my business is servicing an aqua guard. last year I had an accident & because of that I suffered a huge loss in my business & that time I was looking for the loan & these culprits were already telling me this loan against policy plan but I was not entertaining them but in the end, I thought this is a very nice a scheme where I will take a loan from this bank & if anything happens to me during this tenure of the loan then the company will recover loan amount from policy maturity.
So like this these cheaters made me open policies of India first life insurance company[protected]Mayuri Mahadik[protected]Mahesh Mahadik[protected]Mahesh Mahadik[protected]Shivaji Mahadik[protected]Umesh Mahadik[protected]Santosh Darge) also they have given me HDFC life insurance policy[protected]Mahesh Mahadik[protected]-[protected] Mahesh Mahadik[protected]-[protected]Mahesh Mahadik)
All of these policies were given to me by
Mr.D.B. Bhatnagar [protected] & [protected]
Mr.Rohit Mehra [protected], [protected] & [protected]
Mr.Kush Savla [protected] & [protected]
Mr.R.K Bansal [protected]
I almost lost more than 4-5 lac rs in this matter every time I am asking them for the loan amount they come up with new reason like I need to pay taxes & they have given me Citi bank account opening form as well to open a new account to transfer my 40 lac rs loan amount. Till the date also some new persons are calling me like a few days ago I got a call from IRDA & the person who has called me has given me a fake letter on what’s an app & the letter was for policy cancellation & payout request form & yesterday I got call from a lady saying that she is calling me from India first & she said she is ready to cancel my 5 policies out of 6 policies [protected].
But now I don’t trust anyone I have what's app chat & call recordings I have everything. I just want my hard earn money back.

loan against policy

One archana named girl frequently used to call me over telephone for personal loan. Her number is [protected] introducing herself from hdfc bank. When my cibil score was not supporting to avail loan, she introduced one person named ashok srinivasan through telephone, his number is [protected]. His true caller name was hdfc tarun prakash. Another number [protected]. He convinced to buy one india first life insurance policy and assured for loan against policy. I paid borrowed from someone rs.60000/- after that policy was delivered. Again he told to pay rs.25000/- then only the loan will be given. With great difficulty, i paid rs.25000/- and one insurance policy of bharti axa deliivered on my name.in meantime, he was so soft spoken, enquiring my husband and husband used to talk to him. Then, if we ask questions, he was telling we will cancel the bond. Then, he was time passing saying, your loan is approved. When i contacted bharti axa and india first life insurance, i was told that no loan is given for the policy not older than 3 years, then this policy has no loan policy. Again, after some time my colleague who had introduced archana had forced me to pay rs.20000/- then loan will be ready within 72 hours. I suspected fraud, he forced like anything and took money from me. He gave to speak over telephone with some star wire suni rohit sharma his number is [protected], he assured the loan. Next day, one person named rajiv bajaj hdfc his number is [protected] has called and asked to answer some questions, as he is verifying the loan application. He said you have not paid full amount of bank charges, he said if you pay rs.12000/- within 1 hour your loan will be ready. He sent a person to my nearby residence metro station to collect money. I asked why cash. I will send by neft or online. He refused. That guy name in truecaller is rahul finance 4 intrest his number is[protected]. Again, they demanded rs.20000/- to complete the loan process. By this time, i realised this is cheating. I have been cheated with these fraudsters. Last month star wire suni rohit sharma called and said you pay rs.10000 and i pay rs.10000 on behalf of you and after loan you return my money. I lost money and found very difficult to manage my expenses. I have recorded all the phone calls. Please taken action against them.

M/s india first life used unfair business practices which is not acceptable,
Due to which i doesn't got required information regrading to nav dated 01/03/2016, m/s indiafirstlife have failed to provide information. Due to which i compelled/helpless to withdraw my policy without knowing previous nav on dated 02-03-16.
I have tried to check nav on your website but its showing nav dated 29/02/16 on[protected] in the evidence of that we have already given ppt for consideration. I had tried to contact customer-care so many time before withdrawing my policy, but none of your customer-care ([protected]) person help to know my previous dated nav (01/03/2016)
Due to which i doesn't got required information regrading to nav dated 01/03/2016, m/s indiafirstlife have failed to provide information. Due to which i compelled/helpless to withdraw my policy without knowing previous nav on dated 02-03-16.

I have one money back policy and I paid 2nd year and 3rd year premium on 19th September. In this period company announced late fee wavier. I paid total premium of two years on online. Late payment wavier lost date 20th September, 2018. They are called in November and asking late payment fees. India First life insurance is a fake. Don't buy policy.

Avoiding the claim settlement
We remainder you about claim settlement several times to INDIA FIRST, Although INDIA FIRST received their required document dated on 07.03.2014,
We started to Call INDIA FIRST on 14.03.2014, when we call to INDIA FIRST, it said that always saying after 2days, not more than 2 days, with in 48 hours all are saying lies dates, several times i have sent mails to Claims department, Customer care and all of head department, but no use, can not give reply, Yesterday (01.04.2014) itself chat with INDIA FIRST Staff name: Shoba ... she wrote in Chat ... few things below...

01.04.2014- Shoba: Just now only i have confirmed the claim status from this relavent team, the decision will be Declared by tomorrow.
01.04.2014 -Shoba: You will getting the confirmation from our end only.
According to INDIA FIRST REQUEST request we called today at about 7pm, [protected], he said that i will check status, now system shutdown, can call tomorrow.
Again Today it self (02.04.2014) at about 7.20pm i called to Toll free - [protected], She said that send mail to claims department.
According to INDIA FIRST REQUEST, now again sent mail to INDIA FIRST claims department.
We want to waif for tomorrow evening, if failure to settle Claim, we would like to inform to all Media with perfect evidence for all INDIA FIRST POLICY CUSTOMERS Alert, next day we want to go to court, already My layer sent to Layer notice this company, so that directly can proceed to court ... if anybody can give advise or suggestion to me, give reply to My Mail- mahalaxmi.[protected]@gmail.com ... thank you and kindly know every IDNIA FIRST policy customer while making your claim...

We submitted All documents on
24.09.2013 ( Before 6Months), then The INDIA FIRST, in the name of
Investigation (investigation also too over) it has taken period of (01.10.2013
to 01.02.2014) 4 Months, I think that
Any Insurance Company in this world will not take that much of time, above those period (01.10.2013 to 01.02.2014), when I ask or sent mails to INDIA FIRST, just they said or sent mails only One
Word is – UNDER PROCESS, Whatever may be finally The INDIA FIRST sent though Registered Post after 4 Months, then
We received that INDIA FIRST Postal letter on 20.02.2014 -In that Matter is (We are waiting the
receipt of the following documents and request you to submit the same so that
we can process your claim as soon as possible), According to INDIA FIRST
request we have been submitted required document on 07.03.2014…. (As per the
terms and conditions of your company, have to complete all the process within
48 hours.) Although we submitted INDIA FIRST required document, THE BIGGEST
COMPANY OF INDIA FIRST forgot the word of AS SOON AS and Still today it did not fulfilled the
same ……. Later INDIA FIRST response?????
(1) 14.03.2014 at about 6 pm – INDIA
FIRST said – System is restarting
(2) 18.03.2014 at about 6.30pm- INDIA
FIRST said – Your documents forwarded to concern department, you can call on
Friday
(3) 20.03.2014 -evening- INDIA FIRST
