I sent a rakhi to my brother in Dallas, Texas on August 8th, 2016. It reached to him on time. I ordered Meva Ladoo with rakhi. But when the packet was received, ladoos were all powdered and there was a stale smell. I filled a complaint on August 17th 2016. Then I sent an email again on August 24th 2016. On Aaugust 26th 2016, I received email from India Gift Mall, saying that my complaint is being looked after and it will take 30 days to process the request. On September 6th 2016, I received an email which stated the following:
"We have investigated on your complaint. Your order was picked on 9th August and delivered on 12 August.
Meva laddoo are having self life of 10 days.
We did not found any image also.
Kindly forward us the image of the sweets for our further investigation and settlement of your claim.
Hope you will under stand and will cooperate with us. "
After almost 15 days I received this email. I don't think anyone would save stale ladoos for this long to take a picture of them. How was I supposed to know that photos if a requirement when I left a message on online chat.
This a hoax and I should have followed the reviews from people before sending the gifts from this website. I want my money back. Was this information helpful? |
