India homes is a service provider for buying homes.I bought a house in gaousons through india homes in november 2014.For that they have issued me a credit note of 1% and said that it will be en cashed with in 3 to 6 months.
I am following them from last six months but every month they give a new date to know the status and always give the same reply that builder had not released the 100% brokerage.

Also i come to know that they have forwarded my booking to netambit(Service provider company), as india homes is not the channel partner of gaursons.So a chain is maid from gaursons to netambit to india homes for brokerage amount.

I also contacted the builder gaur sons for this and they send me a mail that for your flat 100% brokerage has been released in october 2015 to netambit.Also netambit has cleared all the dues with indiahomes.

So according to term and conditions of credit note, specially point no 3, i must get my money against the credit note.
