[Resolved]  India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — 5paisa fund transfer

My family has two accounts with 5Paisa[protected] and[protected]. In both the accounts whenever a Fund transfer is done through UPI using Phonepe, we get an error message as per the screenshot. However the money gets credited and sms is received about the same. The error pop upafter successful transaction add tension to the client after the fund transfer. I wrote to the company about the problem. Initially it was responded mentioning that it is a Bank problem and I should contact the Bank. I wrote back to them that the error is from 5Paisa since the POP up ask me to view their menus like fund tranafer, Holdings etc. It appears the customer care simply fool the client in not passing on the problem to concerned technical personnel for resolution. They think the customers do not understand much about the error and will keep quiet with any kind of response.
Can their Technical personnel resolve and confirm?

One personnel talked to me earlier asking for a screen shot. Since i operate two accounts[protected] and[protected] i send the screenshot error under ID 52833860 from registered email [protected]@yahoo.com. I was given a ticket 2206481 with a stupid response of how to transfer funds through IMPS/NEFT which even a fool will know. The support team is not able to even understand the query since last one month. How can they resolve the issue?
