[Resolved] India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — 5paisa upi transfer popup | |
My family holds 3 separate accounts with 5paisa.in all accounts whenever a fund transfer is done using upi-phonepe application, the funds gets credited into my account successfully without any problem but always followed up with a pop up as under: 'sorry, we are unable to process your request. Payment id-xxxxxxx, transaction amountxxxxxx, payment mode upi' The screenshots of the pop up for all accounts 55284327, 52375322 and 52833860 has been sent to the customer care. But nobody is able to even understand what i say.in the recent case under 52379322, when i raised the issue i got a stupid response as shown in the attachment. The support did not even read my query and mentioned 'we have not received the money' although i had mentioned in the mil query that i have received the money successfully but followed by a pop up mentioning sorry etc. Please see the attachment and find out why such support personnel are employed in this company who do not read the query and simply respond showing their stupidity.
