[Resolved]  India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — complaint against boisar-west branch

Hi,

Myself Kanhaiyalal Chaurasiya. I have applied for Home Loan at your Boisar-West branch. Before receiving sanction letter, I have submitted 13 nos cheques, House Registration Paper all documents to Mr. Swapnil Lade (Boisar-branch). In Jan-2018 ending my loan amount was sanction at 10.50% rate (initially they said the rate will be 8.50%) of interest and My Prospect No. is 797919.

Due to high rate of interest, I have contacted to Mr. Raju Tiwari for cancellation of loan. He said to email a request to 'raju.[protected]@iifl.com' this email id and cancellation take place after that.

I emailed request to above said email id on 8-Feb-2018 and they said your cancellation request is under process and all your cheques and documents will return in 2 months.

I already said dont put my cheques for clearing. But they have already sent 2 cheques for clearance (1st one is on 7th feb and 2nd one is on 06-Mar) and due to insufficient balance both cheques gets return and I paid the fine from bank.

When I called to Mr. Swapnil, he said it is bank policy. Once you gets sanction letter, all cheques will go for clearance on monthly basis. But I wasn't accepted sanction letter.

Without accepting sanction letter, how they send my cheques for clearance?

I really wonder how a bank of such a reputation can do these kind of things to its customers.

Dear Sir,

On 12th March 2018, I have submitted written letter in Boisar-West branch regarding returning my all documents and they said it take to 10 days to returning.
After 10 days, when my father went to branch, they said come after 2 days. But after 2 days, they are not returning my documents.

Now its already more than 20 days, Today in morning, again my father went to branch, they are not responding properly. Mr. Raju Tiwari said your documents are not here. You will not get any documents return. They all are behaving like we are begging.

I really frustrated with IIFL and its employee.

I really wonder how a bank of such a reputation can do these kind of things to its customers.

Please return my all document which i have submitted asap.

It's more than 1 month, but till date IIFL not returned my submitted documents and cheques. I have already written 3 mails, but no response from IIFL.

I don't know how they work with other customers.

Please help me to get my all documents return from them.
