[Resolved]  India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — customer representative-behaviour issue and incorrect amount charged and no payment slip provided

Hi i took a gold loan and gold number is gl7705832 and total amount that i need to pay was 17000 rupees and first i paid 8000 rupees and rest the amount i need to pay is 9000 and with interest may be 9200 but they charges me 9900 rupees and with explanation that loan amount was 17500 rupees which is incorrect and person name was deepak and he was so rude and he told me escalate anywhere i don't care and he did not provide me any payment slip and informed that you will get the message on ur phone. He said if you want to make the payment i will seize the things forever which is not at all professional. I live in vishnu garden and iifl loan branch is in vishnu garden near to muthoot finance office. This is is the first time i have seen thing kind of behaviour he was rude i will escalate this thing to your higher department and i want strict action to be taken care of. This kind of rudeness and behaviour is not acceptable at all. He charged me extra amount plus he is saying that we r # who don't understand the amount and did not provide any payment slip. The manager was not helpful at all he is also saying that we r not understanding.
