[Resolved]  India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — delay in foreclosure of home loan (737586- vipin garg)

I have made a request for closure of my Home loan a/c No.737586 on 15/05/2018 via calling customer care.[Ticket number[protected]]

After putting so many mails and escalations, finally i got one reply from IIFL on 14th June, 2018[almost after a month] with the foreclosure letter.

Firstly, the foreclosure amount consists interest till 14th June, 2018 where as the delay has been made from IIFL on processing my loan foreclosure request.

Secondly, i have submitted the cheques against the same with my foreclosure letter on 18th June, 2018 and the cheques has been cleared from my accounts.

Till now the same has not been updated in my account and i am yet to receive the NOC for the same.(NOC required for claiming the refund amount on insurance against home loans).

I have tried calling customer care and via mailing (to [protected]@iihfl.com, Also escalated the matter with GRO and NO but i have not received a single mail in response to my mails).

Due to such delays in processing i am loosing interest both on my loan amount and insurance refund.

In view of the above you are once again requested to issue instructions to the concern authority for immediate closer of account.

Tried calling customer care today for inquiring the status as I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE FROM [protected]@IIHFL.COM even after sending multiple mails.

Even the customer care doesnt know anything.. they just create a new request and tell me to wait for mail from [protected]@IIHFL.COM.

Customer care is providing wrong information, For example- They are saying that your 1 cheque was not cleared from your bank that is why it is updated on 30th June, 2018 where as it was cleared on 20th June, 2018 only.(if needed i can provide the statment for proof)

On the other hand, Dinesh Kumar from IIHFL Noida office is saying it was not updated due to some internal technical error at India infoline and there was no issue from my bank.(Both contradicting)

Now its really disappointing and i am really frustrated from this kind of response from India Infoline.

Going to register complaint with RBI on this soon.
