[Resolved]  India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — Demat account activation from Karvy

Hi, yesterday visited local branch of IIFL security, Rajaji nagar Bengaluru. Our holdings with Karvy account was freezed, so headed to iifl to activate the demat account. When enquired will my old holdings will reflect on the IIFL account, they said yes. Today logged in to The IIFL account there is no holdings which was held with Karvy and all NSE, BSE cash segments are not enabled. How to do trading then if previous holdings are not shown. IIFL has not given me any acknowledgment slip also, they took signatures on couple of documents. The only thing they sent is the password.

Please suggest how to proceed so my previous holdings gets linked to iifl. Also, whats app chat bot is useless they just have standard menu options no human support, their email support is also worst, they send a standardized message of you need to activate account, you need to visit. How many times should people roam to get things sorted.
