Hi, I was referred to this person by one of my close friend and out of her persuasion, I was forced to cancel my existing account and open new account with IIFL. After opening the account, She had been pestering me for investments and personal helps, which I did out of my good faith in her. Later on she started requesting for more helps and investments, which diplomatically refused. Since then I wasn’t happy with the way things are going and finally decided to cancel my account with IIFL.
I have submitted all the necessary documents to her in person and was constantly following up with her. It’s been over 20 days and yet to get any information on the same. She is avoiding my follow ups and started behaving rude and indecent, which I don’t expect from a professional company like IIFL.
I request you to look into this matter and take appropriate action on this person and avoid any issues in future.

    My self Rajesh Ranjan and my home loan account detail is 910818 . We have raised a request for Foreclosure letter on 20th aug 2021 but no response from ur side. Called several times on customer care but no one receives the call and only response is for press 1 for call back. But no call back from them. Tried mailing them but no response.

    Please send me foreclosure letter.

    Sir I have tried calling them and sent email but email bounce back and customer care don't attend call.

    As it's already 15 days completed and as per rule u should provide that within 15 days.
    Till today issue has not been resolved. We are waiting from long, is this the service?

        As promised the executive named banu with sales person code 212393 has not got the icici prudential Life insurance settled she promised to get this policy closed if I purchase new policy if bharti AXA. I did purchase the policy of 50000 per annum but it's been 4 months now we have not received any amount with regards to the closure of Icici insurance where assured amount was around 7, 00, 000.

            I payed EMI of month June on 18th June but the EMI amount got deducted again from my account on 19th June. I didn’t pay the EMI of month July as i wanted to carry forward the second installment that got deducted in June. The EMI amount of month July is constantly increasing due to Penalties. Please carry forward amount of one of the EMI of Month June. Please resolve this issues as soon as possible.

                I Vivek Kumar, having Demat account with IIFL, nowadays very much frustrated with the pathetic customer service of IIFL. On 12/08/21, I tried to update my Last Income & Occupational details from company's website but due to some problem at the website, I couldn't do so. Then I contacted my RM, Mr Maulesh Dave on his number[protected], but it was found switched off. His number always remains switched off. Then on 13/08/21, I raised ticket on email and talked with the customer service representative. After repetitive follow-ups on email and phone this issue has not been resolved till now. Everyday I receive new ticket number; so far received more than 12 tickets but didcnot get solution.

                I need updation in 'Last Income Details & Occupation Details' at the earliest.

                This issue is resolved now. But it was a very frustrating experience. They always told me that they have updated data at their end but despite that, I didn't find any effect in my Profile Details, and they were clueless as, why this is happening. But today morning when I check it again, I found it updated as per my requirement.

                Just checked both details in 'My Details' under 'Profile', but didn't find them updated there. I don't understand if you are updating it in 'your' record then why I'm not able to see updated information in my login ID of IndiaInfoline...after all this is also your 'own' system. Very pathetic and frustrating service. As far as writing mail on '[protected]@iifl.com', so I'm informing you that I've left no Email IDs of yours on which I didn't send mails but all went into vain.

                  Dear Sir, Given that your DP account was with Karvy, we have now been nominated as your new depository participant by NSDL & CDSL. Your Demat account details including securities balances will remain the same, only the DP name will be changed to IIFL from Karvy. The demat accounts are transferred to IIFL in freezed mode, hence for activation (unfreezing) of the said accounts to enable the client to operate his/her demat account, client will have to submit an Application for Account Activation.

                          I have booked a flat in August'2015 with builder(Wave City) on subvention scheme (where Wave City have to pay interest till offer of possession). My home loan provider was INDIA INFOLING HOUSING FINANCE LTD (IIHFL). As per triparty agreement the end date of subvention period was 30.06.2017, but Wave City failed to full fill their commitment. After that Wave City & IIHFL have mutually extended the subvention period several time. During that time Wave City delayed the payment of interest amount several times and IIHFL has deducted that amount from my account. Possession has been offered by Wave City on 25/02/2020 and registry has been done.

                          Now, as per Wave City, they have done all the pending payments of interest amount to IIHFL but IIHFL is neither refunding my extra deducted amount nor clarifying that they received the payment from Wave City or not.

                          I have done a complaint against IIHFL on NHB on 11/06/2021 but till today 20/08/2021, almost 70 days passed and I am still waiting for solution.

                            Demat account activation from Karvy

                            Address: Rajajinagar, Bashyam circle, Bengaluru

                            Hi, yesterday visited local branch of IIFL security, Rajaji nagar Bengaluru. Our holdings with Karvy account was freezed, so headed to iifl to activate the demat account. When enquired will my old holdings will reflect on the IIFL account, they said yes. Today logged in to The IIFL account there is no holdings which was held with Karvy and all NSE, BSE cash segments are not enabled. How to do trading then if previous holdings are not shown....

                            I purchase Sovereign Gold Bond 14 unit about rs.65000/- but after purchasing them, these units was not showing into my dmat accounts when i contact customer care they said your poa is not updated as soon as the same updated these will show in your dmat and they updated poa about 20 days but after updation of poa my SGB is still not showing in my dmat. Executives, always tell that your issue will raise and reply awaited more than one month passed but i am still not able to sell my SGB due the company lack.

                                  मी श्री सुभाष अर्जुनराव कुदळे, मी गोल्ड लोण घेतले आहे त्याचा क्रमांक GL16578671 असा आहे.मी।कोविड मुळे व्याज वेळेवर भरू शकलो नाही त्यामुळे आपण माझ्या गहाण ठेवलेल्या सोन्याचा लिलाव केला आहे. लिलावद्वारे मिळालेल्या रक्कममधून लोण रक्कम वजा करून मला रु.17230/ इतकी रक्कम आपणाकडून येणे आहे. त्यासाठी मी।आपणालं माझा बँकेच्या खात्याचे माहिती मी दि.3 आगस्ट 2021 पासून तब्बल 8 वेळा ई-मेल केले आहे. परंतु आपणाकडून काहीएक प्रतिसाद आलेला नाही.
                                  आपणाकडून आलेला प्रतिसाद समाधानकारक नसल्याने मी तक्रार देत आहे तसेच मी RBI ला सुद्धा तक्रार करीत आहे.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I want to book complaint against IIFL SECURITIES Because They used my demat account # MILI0632 with them without my prior permission or confirmation & trade executed on my behalf from IIFL executive on 29th July 2021 Because of this I loss my Investment, please investigate this issue with IIFL SECURITIES & recover my investment let them bear the consequences for the same.
