I had to raise this complaint after making multiple attempts since feb 25th 2021 to get my forclosure document, I have visited Moti nagar delhi branch, I have called customer care numerous times, I have marked email to nodle office and zonal office but no body cares at all. It has been a month since I am trying to get the forclosure, my loan is ready with LIC but not able to get it transferred because of not having the forclosure. Customer care hangs up on me when I ask the reason, branch doesn't give a damn about this. Really frustrating and they will charge me interest for the period as well without my mistake. Mar 22, 2021 Updated by Raziquenaj They took almost a month to provide me the forclosure document and they charged me interest for that period, and now in the forclosure letter they are charging me almost around 4% of the total amount as forclosure fee. I mean why should an individual who is trying to foreclose the home loan account should pay this much of high charges.
