Hi Team,
One of the IIFL sales team person calling for last 3+ years for taking the Policy from BharatiAXA Hyderabad. In the month of December 2020, he called me like almost begging to take a policy that might situation very bad and take a policy worth of 30K, that helps me in getting promotion and his Manager also spoke, he requested and promised saying that 30% of the cash back given and 1.5 gram gold coin will be given, the same to achieve the Targets.
After multiple discussions, I have took policy Guaranteed Income Pro policy from Bharati AXA, they informed that I will ~25K for 25 years per eacch year if I invest 30k, But in the policy it mentioned as 18K. After receiving the policy when I approach them, the way they speak completely changed and when I reach Bharathi AXA, the free lookup period over and I don't have option to cancel policy. If any changes I have to make to the policy I should go via IIFL only it seems. I am completely stuck.
