I have paid my home loan balance amount through check on 06-04-21 for foreclosure my home loan account no -785199.But as per attached screen shot in IIFL home loan it shows excess amount. Please clear my home loan account and revert access money which I have paid through check or debited from my account as auto debit.

        Loan Account Number: 851068

        Raised a ticket on 8 th March for a foreclosure request . My loan is done with another bank.
        I have called many times on the customer care number and will be in the queue for 5 mins every time and the same gets disconnected. Finally connected on thursday(1st April) and was told will be sent on mail, but no luck. Today i tried 3 times and was in queue for 5 mins each time and unable to get connected. Please let us know how to get my request done with these guys. Even when they call back the moment i say about foreclosure they put me on hold and never and the call gets disconnected.

            Hi Team,

            One of the IIFL sales team person calling for last 3+ years for taking the Policy from BharatiAXA Hyderabad. In the month of December 2020, he called me like almost begging to take a policy that might situation very bad and take a policy worth of 30K, that helps me in getting promotion and his Manager also spoke, he requested and promised saying that 30% of the cash back given and 1.5 gram gold coin will be given, the same to achieve the Targets.

            After multiple discussions, I have took policy Guaranteed Income Pro policy from Bharati AXA, they informed that I will ~25K for 25 years per eacch year if I invest 30k, But in the policy it mentioned as 18K. After receiving the policy when I approach them, the way they speak completely changed and when I reach Bharathi AXA, the free lookup period over and I don't have option to cancel policy. If any changes I have to make to the policy I should go via IIFL only it seems. I am completely stuck.

              Hi, I have existing home loan with IIFL Loan A/C 755886.

              I raised Foreclosure ticket 2089546 on March 09 2021 and called customer care 10-15 times but so far i haven't received their letter. It has been 1 month already and request you to provide the letter immediately.

              In the recent customer care calls, they are not picking up calls and asking me to choose call back option after waiting for long time on call and never received a call back.

                    I have requested for foreclosure letter and request number is 2381764 on 5th June 2021.

                          I had to raise this complaint after making multiple attempts since feb 25th 2021 to get my forclosure document, I have visited Moti nagar delhi branch, I have called customer care numerous times, I have marked email to nodle office and zonal office but no body cares at all.                           My Loan A/c No. is IL10044767.
                          I have requested for a Foreclosure letter on 26th Feb 2021, Service No. 2054879. Since then I am trying to contact IIFL for the letter but not getting any revert. Looking at the same type of complaints in this forum it seems they are doing it purposely. There is no response neither on mail nor on Phone.

                          Where to search IIFL?

                          Its a Nightmare to deal with IIFL.

                          I am very much frustrated. Request you to please look into this.

                            I have submitted my request for a Foreclosure letter on 26th Feb 2021. Since then I am chasing customer support to provide this on an urgent basis. I called customer support every day but no one answer.

                            Someone has picked my call from customer support on 12th March 2021 and they told me that I will receive a letter on 13th March 2021 latest.

                            But I am not getting a Foreclosure letter. My account number is 733285, my request number is: 2056377.

                            The IIFL service is o pathetic, no one responds to consumer queries.

                            I am frustrated and need a resolution on this matter. Request you to please look into this.

                              I have home loan account no- IL10038734 with IIFL. I has requested Foreclosure Letter on 17/02/2021 vide ticket no- 2030809. Since then it has been almost 1 month but I have not received the Foreclosure Letter.

                              I had also visited the IIFL home loan branch in Virar west for knowing the status and they assured me that it will be issued shortly. I am also trying to call their Customer care but no one answers the call and disconnects the call after saying that you will receive the call back from IIFL within 24 hrs but till now I have not received any call back.

                              IIFL grievance redressal number of Nodal officer is also not reachable. I need the foreclosure letter at the earliest

                                I have Home loan form IIFL housing finance limited. My loan was disbursed in October 2020. Its been 5 months since then I have not received PMAY CLSS subsidy in my loan account. No body from IIFL customer care is responding or picking my phone calls.

                                    Hello Sir/Madam,

                                    I have availed an ELSS fund through my RM in IIFL 3 years back, I presented my request thru email on Feb 4th 2021 as I couldn't do it from their web terminal (It threw an error mentioning that request should be thru physical medium) and there is no IIFL securities office in Chennai .

                                    I contacted them online as suggested by a Customer Support official who advised to send the redemption copy to the email address [protected]@iifl.com. After the CDR team from IIFL replied that they need physical copy, I sent the same to the mentioned address . Nearly after a month they replied saying information mentioned in the form is not enough ( there was no template or filling guidelines mentioned by the customer care).

                                    After that I reapplied the same form on Mar 4th 2021 again, and after that
                                    I tried to call my RM at IIFL but couldn't contact him. I am trying to contact them to get a proper status of the request but till date no matter how many service tickets I raise am still not able to neither redeem the same nor know the exact status of the same. There is no processing happened which am aware of till now. Kindly register this complaint and help me to solved this problem.
