[Resolved]  India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — Foreclosure ticket 1803252

Hi, I have existing home loan with IIFL.

I raised Foreclosure ticket 1803252 on Nov 27 and called customer care 4-5 times but so far i haven't received their letter. It has been 1 month already and request you to provide the letter immediately.

In the recent customer care calls, they are not picking up calls and asking me to choose call back option after waiting for long time on call and never received a call back.

Mr. Mukesh from the Richmond Road branch office at Bangalore has resolved this just now. I am really grateful for such quick resolution. Overall Richmond office branch is very responsive during the 2 visits i made. Thank you very much! Thanks, Srinivas
