I'm really irritated by IIFL. They first said I'll get my foreclosure letter within 15 days on my email and now 15 days has been passed. Now they are not entertaining me. Its so hard to reach the customer care. Whole day I was trying and when I finally got connected they said they will do it next week but is this the way of harassing customer. I said I'll go legal and customer care said you can go ahead. Seriously so bad. I'm the one who has to pay every day's interest and this is the way they are making money.
All the documentation has been done in the next bank and they will start charging me interest for the same. Please help me to get rid of this company and I'll never advice anyone to get loan from IIFL.

Subjected is my loan account no. and 1854684 is my request no. to IIFL for foreclosure letter, please help.

    We from Goodwill Enterprises are having a Business Loan No. SL2436990. We are requesting from the last 2 months for a waiver in Pre Closure Charges so that we can close the Business loan by paying the outstanding Principal and up to date interest.
    We have mailed for waiver to Nodal officer and higher ups but they are not agreeing for the same.
    We are into retail business which is undergoing turbulent times since March 2020 due to COVID situation.

    Our turnovers have drastically dropped down by 60% and in this current situation we will not be able to service the loans which we have taken. With great difficulty we have arranged funds from outside to clear the above said loan. We have cleared loans from Bajaj Finance, Capital Float, Neo Growth, who have waived the foreclosure charges.

    We would request you to kindly help us in closing of this loan by waiving off Foreclosure charges and other penalties.

    Accordingly, please be advised that we are hereby keen on paying up the arrears on (Customer Loan No: SL2436990), and closing the loan in its entirety. We do not wish to place the loan itself at risk by exposing it further to the diminishing returns we are seeing from our retail business. We are desirous of closing the loan, rather than having the debt declared as an NPA of any kind.
    To enable the closing of this loan, we have arranged the funds, with great difficulties and under immense financial strain to ourselves. Notwithstanding any pre-agreed terms for foreclosure penalties, we humbly request that the loan be closed forthwith by the payment of the aforementioned pending sum, without any charge whatsoever towards early closure of the loan.
    Kindly exercise the discretion of your good office in the matter and accept the offer to close the loan in the manner as described above and without levying any additional charges, liens or penalties, in any shape or form.
    As a responsible citizen, employer, businessman and as a fair customer, I have taken upon tremendous hardship upon myself and have accordingly proposed this foreclosure for the loan as described above. Any burden beyond this, by means of foreclosure charges (howsoever minimal) will be too onerous for me and my business to sustain.
    I request you to please apply your good office to the matter, consider the request favourably and accordingly process the closure of the loan, without any foreclosure charges or any other additional charges to my business.

      Foreclosure ticket 1803252

      Hi, I have existing home loan with IIFL.

      I raised Foreclosure ticket 1803252 on Nov 27 and called customer care 4-5 times but so far i haven't received their letter. It has been 1 month already and request you to provide the letter immediately.

      In the recent customer care calls, they are not picking up calls and asking me to choose call back option after waiting for long time on call and never received a call...

        Dear sir we are facing lot of problems from your side, one of our friend taken top up loan from your bank, there installment was got bounce, after that instead of contacting them they are calling our number repeatedly or they are putting the phone on electronic message. And the timings are early in the morning or late night, why ayojan are harassing so much to other person who had not used a single money . Your bank is worst bank

            1.Loan brochure for home loan from India Infoline Housing Finance Ltd was said to sign before filling respective points blanks for their facility in their office work. Home loan was sanctioned for 20 years. No filled in loan brochure was ever provided despite asking for it. Processing fees was charged Rs 116855.

            2.Rate of interest on home loan was fixed 8.85% for my flat while for other flat of same building, rate of interest for home loan is rather less while I am Govt employee and my documents ITRs are up to date.

            3. Further I raised request to IIHFL for prepayment of home loan for deduction from Principal loan amount thrice but no response was received till date.

            4. ﹰNow it was emailed that rate of interest was increased from 8.85% to 9.85% wef 1 Jan 2021. Three years will be completed giving continuous home loan installment on 31 Dec 20. My loan account is IL10011049 in India Infoline Housing Finance Ltd (IIHFL) a Housing Finance Company registered under National Housing Bank.

              I visited on 24th December at 4.30 pm for a gold loan at Aditya Nakoda ( sinhgad road (Pune) . The security guard was talking continuously on mobile. his behavior was very arrogant. your staff was not working properly. while taking my details one lady staff abruptly left the meeting & left office with her senior for private work before closing the office timings.
              I have to repeat again the same details to another employee.
              I have handover gold to the concerned person. But your system was not working. I left your office without a loan. at least they returned the gold. thanx god! it is clear your company is not interested in business. it is just time pass! it is ridiculous that no one was wearing a face mask! kindly give training about the corona. who will enter your in the office again? my opinion is your company is not professional. kindly train your staff or replace them since from security guard till branch manager and give a surprise visit to above branch. thanx & regards vilas k.

                I have been cheated by one of employee of iifl named Jitendra as he asked me to pay processing fees of 6250 after which only my loan amount could get credited. I paid that amount i was in urgent needs of funds to resolve some of my debts (even when i was getting a sense that it could be fake). But as this person shared all documents from india infoline id only [protected]@infolinefincorp.com i thought that this must be real entity. But i got cheated...

                Hello,

                Recently I take Bharti axa policy[protected]
                under your employee assistance. He promised that this new policy is taken for cancelling my existing HDFC life policies.

                Exactly after freelook period this guy just got escaped and switched off his mobile no.
                [protected] - Joseph ( past two months his no was switched off)

                Later I opted to cancel this new policy. But Bharti axa told currently this policy was not able to cancel because it crossed freelook period. Then only I came to know that guy literally cheated me for taking new policy.

                And this policy is registered under your brokerage. Finally Bharti axa said to raise the police complaint.

                Currently police department not able to trace the guy with given phone no because it is switched off for long time. Police department asked me to get details of the person from insurance and brokerage department. Bharti axa told me to get details from your end. Because you are the brokerage Department.

                Note : It's very difficult to reach your customer care. Nobody is ready to pick up the call. Last week atlast one lady pick the call and I explained everything to her and she said she will revert within 6 o clock. Then simply response.

                And one more thing if you people won't respond this time it is clearly understand your company itself involving in this scam. Since police department is involving I need response asap. If no means I am going to register complaint against IIFL itself. Will escalate the same to IRDA.

                Hope you understand the seriousness of this issue.

                          I was told to a full refund on processing fees if the loan gets rejected for any reason but now your customer care is teaching me the rules and regulations. Why do you take a file when you know the file even after you are not able to provide a loan. I am totally frustrated with your service.

                              As per IIFL records, my home loan was closed on Oct 23, 2020.
                              I was promised to receive refund of the excess amount that was paid as per the foreclosure letter. The refund was said to be received within 3 business days of the loan closure. As requested by IIFLs customer care, I had submitted a cancelled cheque on Oct 22, 2020 for this purpose.

                              It is now 15 business days from the date the loan has been closed and I have still not received the refund for the excess amount.

                              In addition, I have not yet received the Original Sale Agreement, NOC, security cheques and other documents yet and no intimation received from IIFL home loan branch office till now.

                              Please be proactive and provide the refund and documents ASAP.

                              IT IS SAD THAT CUSTOMERS CANT CHARGE YOU INTEREST FOR HOLDING THEIR MONEY!!!

                                Sir I'm rinhorphi raikhan. I apply for my business loan on dated 31/10/2020 . After I done all my processing fee rs5200 and security fee rs 8649 my loan was cancel.                                 Sir I'm rinhorphi raikhan. I apply for my business loan on 31/10/2020. But my loan was cancel without my knowledge. Now I want my processing fee rs 5200 and security fee rs 8649 to refund as soon as possible.

                                  I have closed my HL account with IIFL on 24th September 2020 and made excess payment towards foreclosing . Even after several reminder through email niether their employee is responding nor customer care . Customer support via phone is so pathetic that it is not connecting . No one is responding . I need a statement of my foreclosing account with all charges plus my refund amount .

                                    Hi there,

                                    I applied for account closure from IIFL and request them to transfer all my fund and stock to my new demat account with ICICI.

                                    Nearly took one month to closure and than I have to travel to their office and submit all documents to Relationship manager. 24th October I received mail from CDSL india to stated that all my securities valued about 53, 000 rupees debited but did not deposited in my requested account

                                    Today on 1st Nov. That electronic transfers didn't happen which is very doubtful.

                                    I contact their support team and send email and ask them to provide me details about my stocks and security which they didn't provide.

                                    Same stereo type answer came that your fund transferred but didn't say about my bonds and stocks. Even didn't mention where it has gone.

                                    I submitted all screenshot for reference and see how big company doing fraud with common people who is not smart and active in stock market and who want to leave them. They take revenge and give them hardship to leave them.

                                    I have very bad experience of customer support from IIFL.
                                    No clear communication and information provided by them . And there no local support in ahmedabad. Everything you have to wait from mumbai which is painful.

                                    Please anyone think about IIFL think twice. Due to their cunning attitude towards customer all major branches closed down in ahmedabad. Only one is left over which doesn't looks functional well when I visited.

                                    I request concern department of IIFL look in to this matter and resolve this matter asap.
