[Resolved] India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — forgery and wrong commitments and cheque clearance without intimation

Dear team,

This is very unethical on behalf of iifl, i applied for a house loan as this was needed by me and after submitting complete documents at iifl lucknow office to mr. Sameer somehow denied to the loan as roe was quite high and wrote a written mailer to mr. Sameer (Iifl lucknow representative) stating to stop my loan application, i have written him a mailer and have been subsequently following up with reminders over the mail if my loan application has been canceled despite without my intimation cheque of rs 4180/- has been debited from my account, after calling up mr. Sameer he denied and advised that this amount will not be refunded as this is for the interest which is being charged by the company.

This is a simple case of forgery and i need a written explanation to this matter else will be bound to take legal action.
