The complaint to this context is bit late as i had opened a demat account with iifl few years back. The executive who visited my place asked to sign each and every page of the application form. As instructed i did signed all pages and deposited an amount of rs.11000 as a initial opening amount. Later on after account opening i found an amount of rs 5000 has been deducted in the name of value added service. I had approached several times since then as it has been charged without my consent and i never required the service. When i asked the executive regarding the matter he said his manager has forcedly asked him to put a tick mark on the value added service field on the application as all the pages were already signed by me. This is a very frustrating and harassing issue when it comes to trust before getting involved with any new company. My iifl id is onamtrps and email : [protected]@yahoo.co.in.

I have just got a reply which states that the issue has been closed from IIFL as I gave the consent for applying the service which had cost me 6000 rupees. This is very rude from the team and a poor resolution to my complaint.
I have also shared one of the emails which I sent previously to the Team regarding the issue but it has been overlooked and the query has been closed. It is very disheartening when it comes to trust as a brand in the market.

IL10022354, Ashes kumar Ghosh, during signing the form Mr. Ramanjulu -sales manager-Marathalli, cheated and now he is not picking my call, Customer service also not doing.         Iifl sales person promised me that you will get subsidy within three months at the time of giving the loan. But i soaked when i knew they are fail only for apply in six months. They always told me lie that nhb financial condition is not good, but no anyone checked in the system that what is the problem.

        They are working like uneducated employees. Every one are working on computer but they don have any system to do work,

        Iifl employees maked a sily mistake in my file and they took 8 months for resolves the query. It seems they are working as iifl not paying the salary to his employees.

        I want that the companies md should know what is going on his company, i send a legel notice before one month but not receive any reply in one month. I dont know who are looking after this. All are shameless persons are working in iifl

              This is a bad company. Very bad and cheapest service. All iifl team are fail to resolve a silly mistake which made his employee and team. They are fail to resolve the query around 11 months. Its make me laugh and some time more anger. It seems aal all uneducated emplyess are working in iifl, no quality work.               Kind for your information, You are telling me this story from 6 months . there is no any new twist in this story. So please except telling the story you and IIFL team need to do work in proper way . I want to know If IIFL persons are doing the the mistake again and again then what is the company policy . I am not happy from your reply . You should raise the issue with your MD & Directors.

              3) Miss Sunita ( Customer care executive) - I called in customer care on 26-11-18 at 10 am., she commit me that you will get a reply via email within 3 days with reason that why it is pending, but i have not received any email and information from the IIFL Team.

              Please give me the reply of following points-

              1) How much time it take to apply for the same ????
              2) Why IIFL Team is failed to only apply for subsidy ???
              3) If due to any reason the Government make any changes in this subsidy plan and suppose i do not get subsidy amount due to delayed in apply for subsidy, then who will be responsible for that...?????
              4) Why will i extra pay because of your great team ???????

                We took a loan from iifl on 01/12/2017 for a period of 18 months. Our loan account no is mf17110284. They were to deduct daily nach from our account but they did not start the deduction until 01/02/18.in the mean time they en-cash all the 3 collateral cheques from our account. Then when they started the nach deduction they were deducting 2 installments on daily basis which kept on happening for nearly 20 days. It took us 20 days of regular follow up to get this stopped.

                In the month of september we requested for the soa from iifl to tally the balance outstanding & to our surprise there was a huge difference in the amount actually deducted from our bank & what they had mentioned in there soa. We wrote a few mails to them sending our account statement to rectify the problem but did not have any reply except for verbal assurance that there is a problem in there system & will be resolved soon.

                Now our loan got over on 07/12/2018 (Daily nach was stopped on this day after the entire amount was cleared) & we have been chasing them for no due certificate. We got the shock on 10th jan 2019 when they started deducting the nach again.

                Iifl is the most un professional bunch of cheats who do not bother to respond back. Neither they reply back to mails nor do they answer the calls. How can we save our self from such cheats & stop this extortion of daily deduction by them.

                  Iifl in thane wagle estate is a company that harasses there company employees by asking them to get simcard on the personal documents for calling customers as official numbers gets reported as spam. They ask people to come to office all u days and people work sundays too.. They do not follow the indian regulations for work and employment. They harress women by shouting and deducting salaries and keeping salaries on hold and also have not given many salaries at all... Its a scam company

                    Dear krazybee,
                    I am abhishek ajay jha holding mobile no. [protected] and email id [protected]@gmail.com. I just checked my experian and cibil credit scores at paisabazaar.com, where i found you have reported a fake update of my delayed payment for experian and equifax credit score whereas nothing such was found in my payment history. I have been a year long old customer of krazybee and nothing such was expected from you.
                    You have always advertised that you will allow a chance even if we have been late for 3-5 days and and i didn't even haven't delayed payment by even one day paid, i ask you the question why???
                    I request you a immediate update to experian & cibil that it was a fake update and dont destroy the life of students by doing these things or else i will have to rate you a single star on play store and also i will have to update this things on social media websites like facebook, linkedin, twitter etc.
                    Please dont play with my carrier as you have reduced my score to experian 695 and cibil to 710

                      wrong credit report has been given by indian infoline
                      I had initiated a ticket reference 77894 for payment updation and account clousure I got an email back regarding utr number and bank account statement.
                      loan taken from krazybee on 01 aug and paid back on 01 sept 18 and the corresponding account number is SL1467377 this information is completely wrong

                      you guys have updated wrong information about the loan that I have taken from krazybee which has brought down my credit score I have noticed more complaints of the same nature in this consumer forum. I have already written mail to your nodal officer and grievance redressal officer for lack of proper attention to this matter and I am providing this complaint in public domain because of your poor response towards this matter. if this matter is not sorted out at the earliest I shall take this to higher authorities and complain to the bank ombudsman or lodge a legal recourse to this matter

                        I took a home loan from iifl (Il[protected] and registered the home on may 2018. On that day itself we submitted the dd on behalf of iifl for pdd (Mod) documents and all other required documents.

                        The management in chennai has not processed the dd and have not contacted us till the dd expired. Every month different lawyer used to contact us and ask for a date and then never follow up on that. Either they have not contacted us in person in home/letter correspondence for mod registration.

                        Now they are blaming us that we were not available for the mod registration.

                        Last month december 2018 also, we agreed to give a new dd but they came late post lunch time (1:30 pm), because of which we are not able to get new dd.
                        Now a legal notice is sent to us for non-submission of pdd documents. Is this right? The management has lethargically left the process and now blaming the customer and causing de-reputation to iifl

                          This is regarding Loan account no SL1383097, wherein Loan amount of Rs.997995 was approved as BT for Loan and Cards and the amount was disbursed through cheques as below ;

                          Indus IND Credit Card 30383
                          ICICI Credit Card 49371
                          HDFC Credit Card 109118
                          SBI Credit Card 80672
                          Kotak Credit Card 117560
                          PL 610891
                          Total 997995

                          However Cheque for Rs.610892/- ( Bearing no 791944) which was issued for Personal Loan was not utilized and it was returned back. Accordingly the loan amount should have been reduced to Rs.387104 /- and EMI as well

                          However EMI of Rs.22244/- continue to be debited from account from 3rd Sep-2018 onward ( Sep+Oct+Nov= Rs.66732/-)

                          For all these transactions i was in continue touch with Mr. Chandan Mishra ( IIFL Employee-[protected]), who have now decided not to pick my calls.

                          When i Raised this concern i received a message that a seperate Loan account has been generated number SL1938554 for Rs.352700/- however schedule received for Rs.354800/- again difference of Rs.2100/- and EMI was supposed to be debited from 3rd Jan 2018.

                          But again my account got debited from Rs.22244 on 3rd Dec 2018 ( when inquired with Mr. Chandan reply received was Refund karwa doonga )

                          I contacted CS as well and talked to Ms.PRATISHKA & Ms.NISHIGANDHA, but all in vain, i was asked to call on monday. Not able to understand why IIFL
                          can't call to Customer ?

                          Needless to say by opting for this BT i have gained nothing but severe mental harassment, Cash Crunch and dent in monthly budget.

                          Therefore, May I request you again to please close this ASAP as per below requests:

                          1. Adjust excess paid amount through EMI for four month in original Loan amount and refund excess amount paid ASAP.
                          2. Finalize the loan amount and share calculations at the earliest.
                          3. Correct monthly ECS amount.

                          FYI, Till the time this is not being resolved and i didnt receive any confirmtion, i will not be keeping any Fund in the account, As i can't keep paying Excess EMI every month. Already suffered a lot for 4 months. Also, i will not be paying any addition charges for this .

                          Hope i have made myself clear and fad up of requesting for last four month.

                              I took loan of amount of rs. 11, 250 for a tenure of 3 months from krazybee. Since, iifl finance is the finance partner of krazybee. Now, i noticed that krazybee as well as iifl have provided credit report to cibil of same loan taken.

                              Krazybee has provided the correct information to cibil but iifl has provided all the wrong information to the cibil including wrong tenure and several weeks of delayed payments. They reported that emi tenure is 6 months and i have paid 4 delayed emi which is completely false. I have paid all my emi on time.

                              Even after 9 months of this complaint this issue has not been resolved. The IIFL team have not corrected the CIBIL record of my account and still the records are same. I want you to take strict action against them because due to their carelessness I am unable to get loans and credit cards. My credit score has been hampered due to their false record for my loan.

                              I am attaching a screenshot which shows that the issue has not been rectified and it still shows 4 delayed EMI payment.

                              I'm not take loan IIFL loan why showing credit report have a housing loan 5000 rupees IIFL loan

                                Hello mene iifl warsiya branch vadodara gujarat se gold loan li thi. Do months k bad mene part payment kiya to employee ne kaha ki baki amount par aapko jyada interest pay karna padega... Friends amount is 1, 28, 200 rs. Unhone kaha ki company ne scheme bandh kar di hai. Jab loan k liye call karte the to kaha tha 11 months k bad interest badega... This is not fair. Mene to two months me part payment kiya hai. My suggestion to everyone don't take loan from iifl.

                                Aur ye part payment karne k liye mene do din tak branch me dhakke khaye unhone kaha system update ho raha hai... 5g k jamane me itani speed?... I m shocked. Very very bad experience at iifl in last two months.

                                  I have complain about iifl i have taken gold loan from iifl kalewadi branch, pimpari chichwad, pune and every month they use to call me and inform me about their interest and i use to pay interest regularly every three month of interval, yesterday i got call from branch they said my loan period has complete and they charge me 750 rs. They said may be you get email or sms or postal latter, but i didn’t received any of these even i was not aware about this,
                                  My concern if there is interest due i use to get sms and call but for this i didn’t got any communication, if my loan account going to close i didn’t got any information not from the branch and nor from any other source, even i don’t had idea about this,
                                  I request to iifl to waive off this charges as i am regularly customer and use to pay your interest on time and for our long term relation with your organisation, for next time i will consider this.
