[Resolved] India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — gold loan closed | |||
I had pledged my gold with federal bank in 2015 and the account had come for renewal in april 2017. They sent me a renewal form for signature. But i did not sign as i am based at bangalore and gold loan account is in shimoga. Now when i contacted the home branch in shimoga they are giving information that it has been renewed without my signature. When i called up customer care they are telling that the account is closed. My Gold loan Account Number (GL5267988) has been closed as amount has been Cleared on Sep.2017. Henceforth the account reflecting in the Civil Dept. as open.
Please update in the Civil Dept. as Account closed.
