Dear consumer team, I am the customer of iifl home loan for the past 4 years account no.721079.. As i have a icici bank saving account in which my regular iifl monthly emi clear through ecs for the last 4 years... And i visited directly to kk nagar office of iifl and met mr. Nagarajan and told i have closed my account icici and open a new account in sbi... Submitted all the documents to him for swapping... He collected all the documents for swapping and ₹590 also cleared from sbi for swapping thorough cheque... Each and every month i call nagarajan he told today and tomorrow your account will get change... Last 4 months i paid my emi through online talking with pandiyan from your collection team... Till now no response... Your branch of kk nagar and your office is also shifted from kk nagar to t. Nagar.. Again i visited to shifted office t. Nagar met nagarajan... Same false commitment he has given i accepted and cane back... Now nagarajan is not attending my call... I suffered a lot and contacted these below people for paying the payment...
