[Resolved] India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — My Gold auctioned without any intimation

We took loan on december-2016. Today i called the branch number. They said that my gold is auctioned. How could it possible to auction my gold with in 5 months without any intimtation to us. Unfortunately, we did not take the receipt of my gold loan. The printed forms were not available on that day. They made an entry in their database. I went to other country for my job purpose as i could not able to reach them. Their people are telling we had not paid 3 months interest thats why they auctioned my gold.
