Iam prasad have taken the home loan # 734575 from iihfl. As i'm staying out of india and cannot call/ visit iihfl for any issues or information, i will be writing mails to [protected]@iihfl.com. There will be no reply to my emails for weeks of time. I have to be back of them twice a day. This kind is worst customer service i have never seen in my life. They have given the loan amount and have taken the registration papers. After 6 months with regular follow ups and after stopping the emi, they have sent the scan copies of the registration papers which i need for other purpose. They need money and they don't need customer issues at all. If i say that iam facing issue from your company then they will say that it is not my duty, please speak to concerned department and if i go to concerned department they say to go to other department. I have really did a big mistake by taking loan from these # and i request all not to take any loan from these organizations as they will cheat you alot. Moreover they will not respond or take care your issues... They will just come to collect the money as they need the money only. I have all the proofs of my contacting to customer care. After the first mail, automatic email comes that within 3 working days we can expect reply or if it getting delayed then they will let us know the update of the issue but there will be no mail from them for at least 3-4 weeks. If we stop following up then they will not at all reply. Being out of india, we cannot call to customer and wait for so long hours and speak to them for every clarification. And also we cannot visit office. If we also, they say that concerned person is not available and will ask us to come later. Really worst experience with these people and i'm going to transfer my loan immediately.

I have received reply from [protected]@iihfl.com stating that they have raised a complaint and will get back to me.

I don't know on whom they have raised complaint and what is that for. They haven't shared the complaint details and they haven't mentioned when they will get back to me on this.

I have written many emails before to the same email id [protected]@iihfl.com but till date there is no response but when I have raised a complaint here then they at least reacted but I don't know how much time they gonna take to resolve my issue.

As I have said earlier, these people are least bothered about customer issues at all. They need money, if we do not pay the EMI for one month, next day these people will be in front of our door for the money. When we ask them about the customer service, they clearly say that it is not their duty and we should not speak to them regarding ant issues.

To whom we need to speak about our issues and how they will be resolved. If we pay the EMI monthly then there will be no problem to them from customer end as they are receiving their money. Then who will take care of our problems.

    Dear sir,

    I am b. Santosh i availed an amount of 8550/- gold loan from iifl at hayathnagar branch vide:loan no:gl6985062. For this i have to pay an interest rs.150/- per month. For 2 months i got a msg of rs.540/-i paid the amount on 18/02/2017. Time 2:45 to 3:30 pm. But not cr to my a/c.in return i have received penalty of rs.491/-. Total:540+491=rs.1031/-. On looking the body language and behaviour the manager and clerk they are misleading the customers money since in our locality alot of illiterate people. While taking a loan one of customer also faced the same problem and made quarel with them i did not took serious but now i faced the same problem. I even complained in hyd head office. But i did nt find any response with them.

    I request the consult authority, to take this as serious.

        I found that iifl has made an authorized search in my cibil. My pan BBVPK5793F is you can refer to. The search was made on 16/02/2017. Kindly look into the matter and rectify the mistake. I have already raised a dispute with cibil and I want you to work accordingly.

          I am Dharmendra Singodia from Jodhpur, Rajasthan. I had opened a commedity trading account in the firm of India Infoline Ltd. in december 2011 with the initial deposit for trading of Rs. 2, 21, 000. My client code is DCB21274. Till today's date i have not traded even once through this account. when i asked about my account status recently from the company, they said that my deposit for trading have been lapsed and adjusted under advanced brokerage. How is it possible that they deduct advance brokerage without a single trade by me. it is a clear fraud done by them. they put my trade deposit under the tag of VSAP without giving me any information or taking any confirmation from me. The documents which they are showing me is also fake as the writing or the initials are not done by me. When i tried to communicate with them they are giving me unsatisfactory answers and not responding. from a long time they are saying that they are investigating but no response is received by me. when i asked for helpline numbers, they are not providing me with any authentic department or person's number who can resolve my problem.

            Worst customer service! I am sorry to write this feedback, having relationship with IIFL since past 2 years, its surprising to know that DMAT account of my colleague Mr. Arun Kumar could not be opened at IIFL who applied for it 2 months back. Further it is humiliating to note that the documents along with cheque given to Your employee are not yet returned! I am total dis satisfied with this kind of customer service from an entity of a person graduated from IIMA!!

              Hi im here to inform you that, i was cheated by one of your branch in hyderabad (boduppal branch)

              i have took a gold loan in your organisation only becouse of its name on 2013 first loan it was continuing good, i was having gold in bank with no problem, but when i shared this information with your branch about this matter they forced me daily and convenced me to keep my gold in your branch.
              but also i was not at all intrested in bringing the gold to your branch, but they convenced me, finally i kept it your branch, your people only brought the money and took took it to branch.
              latter i got to kow that your branch staff do micro finance .
              i also told that im not having the proper address proof but also they did the adjustments
              last year they sent my gold for auction with any notice by letter or mail.
              they know my address and every thing but they have not send atleast a notice to me .
              I requested the respective branch manager for copy of notice, call records and any other communication records. He was replied very rudely and saying that company will not provide any documents, you do whatever you want to do.
              My concern, without proper reason and proper communication how they auctioned my gold.
              Request you to please take necessary action asap & help me to get my gold back
              gold was costing around 4 lakhs
              they have not given me atleast my gold loan renewal form to me .
              now they are doing me emotional blackmail to me .
              plz take the action on boduppal branch staff
              if not your reputation will be gone.

                  My loan account no. 739229 by the name of MR Anoop Kumar Mishra and the co-applicant Komal aswani.

                  We are facing the ecs issues with the iihfl since ecs not deducted from our bank account, we already done all updation related to bank formalities with them in august 2016 but they raised issues every time in updation of bank ecs.

                  We get the notice for the outstanding dues everytime and we convey this to iihfl team at moti nagar in 2017 March again we pay the ecs fee of rs 600 which was get deducted from our bank account. They told next month emi will be deducted from bank account 10th april 2017.

                  Every month we pay the emi amount of rs 16836 as there is decrease in the rate of interest which also not get updated.

                  Please sort out our issues related to the ecs as we need the ecs to be deducted on the date of 10th for every month. All dues cleared from our side.

                  Also please update our current address: AL-90, 2ND FLOOR, SHALIMAR BAGH NEAR SINDHI JEWELLERS DELHI-110088
                  We are not living at the LIG NO.9, 2nd floor, Jhulelal Apartments please do remove this address after then no document will be taken from this location.

                    I am loan account holder (Loan acc# 747798).
                    I had mail 2 months before for reduction in rate of interest, but i haven't received any reply from iihfl. I followup with iihfl branch vashi multiple times and they ensured me multiple times that it will be done in 10-14 days multiple times and as per mail i must get reply from iihfl within 3 days, but no reply & call i got from iihfl.

                    For this delay i will not be responsible, because it is loss for me, however i follwoup multiple times still rate of interest not calculated as per new rate of interest.

                    I appeal for my loss to be get adjusted in coming emi and iihfl will be responsible if emi will be calculated as per previous rate of interest.

                    Kindly help me on this.

                      1-hi i m amit chand my a/c no 773014, i m not satisfied with the service, i requested to talk somebody from iifl .past three months.But i did not connect with them, customer care given me complaint no every time executive will call u but there are no one called up .my rate of interest was very high its about 10.55, my agent offered me 9.55 and governmemt declaired subsidy for laon which was not worked
                      2- my insurence was 57000 without asking me and insurence company offerde me 33000 .
                      please help me i m salaried person

                        I took home loan from IIFL, my home loan number in 733250.
                        After RBI reduced the interest rates, i requested for change of interest rate for my home loan. I called many times and sent mails also. But they are not responding and instead ignoring.

                        Kindly please help me in this.

                        Further to my mails dtd. 5th April, 6th April and 8th April to [protected]@iifhl.com, I have received no response from the officials, not even a call.

                        It is getting impossible even to talk with IIHFL Officials.

                        Thus, even this month they will charge me [protected]@ 9.65 %

But there was no trading done by me via that account. when i tried to ask about my trading account in the Jodhpur Branch of DCB bank, i was given a reply that they have no link-up with infoline. the account was opened in the name Mr. Dharmendra Singodia by DCB branch manager Mr. Amit

                            This refer to a surprise deduction of yearly subscription made against my customer id mousumpal even when i had already paid a life time maintenance charges of rs.555/- when i had opened the account with iifl.
                            I therefore, wish to know on what ground you are again deducting yearly maintenance charges of the said account. If you continue to deduct yearly charges of maintenance then please return my lifetime one time charges deposited with you. Else, please stop deducting yearly charges and refund the amount already deducted.

                            We applied for forcloser letter for our home loan before 1.5 month, but there is no setisfectory reply from IIFl Local branch and from Head Office. We have allready sanction our loan from ICICI Bank and sanction letter also submitted to IIFl. They people repitadely giving time of two days but still they dont issue forcloser letter. loan no 738134
