India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — no due certificate

I asked for a no due certificate at the iifl dibrugarh branch. But they did not responded well and the manager behaved very rudely with me. As a consumer i am very disappointed. My loan a/c no. Gl7250581 & gl7302929 which were already repaid on 17/06/2017. Please arrange me the same. Due to non receipt of it my home is kept in hold. Please treat the matter as urgent one.
