I have paid 2962/- for health insurance but i have not reciced a policy document.
I pay 2962/- to your employer alpa thakkar her employer code is c167869 and promis to your policy will be send to your address but i have not reciced any recipient and any documents releted insurance.
I have try to contact customer care than i get information my policy number but how can i belive this policy number is real as number code. I want to actual my policy document and policy card.

Dear Sir
I have to go consumer court or banking ombudsman because i complen by me by mail 14 August than total 14 days i have not single call from iifl dhanera branch or ALpa Thakkar. So i have only option to customers care and customer care team support me and give me my policy number than i know my policy company is start health insurance than again call customer care than talk to me start health call me your policy will be sent to your address but i have waste my 4 - 5 days no any policy reciced by me.
I think your employer my policy sent to other wrong person if may be take receipt of policy by wrong person and he can miss use my policy
Why you more time to send my policy and receipt only single policy
IIFl is careless person to joinning and policy sent to wrong person. What can i do for my policy any have a prove where is my policy is running who is using my policy

Dear iifl
Now i am fully aggressive with your employer ALpa Thakkar. I reject my policy document to ALpa Thakkar my date of birth wrong in this policy. ALpa thakkar tell me today 28-8-19, this is your policy plz sing in receipt and i had sign on letter but i don't know this is satisfaction letter. I don't write a satisfaction letter. This is my mistake i signed by me on behalf of wrong trust your employer ALpa Thakkar. This letter write by ALpa Thakkar not by me. Now i don't want to any policy from iifl. I will not accept policy document from courier. Please give me my money refund very urgent basis and policy give to your employer ALpa Thakkar. Now i don't need a any policy from iifl. I cannot trust iifl and iifl staff ALpa Thakkar in my dream. I am very disappointed this is policy done by ALpa Thakkar otherwise never go iifl gold loan dhanera.

    relieving letter is not providing

    Should i trust you
    I was the employ of iifl finance limited
    I got everything from there but one of my friends was employee in iifl,
    She was there for 7 month and torture and forced by senior authority for leave the job and when she finnaly leave the kob the hr department denied to give her releiving letter
    I just wanted to know that she has all right to have releiving letter from company that...

    I want to close my personal loan sl1237874. I have called the customer service regularly for 10 days now for the closure letter and the final amount settlement so that i can close the loan but everyday they say they will provide the information by todayeod. Ranjeet jaswant singh have given me the soft sanction letter of loan on 03/04/19, then after a month when i started followup for the cheque, after a month, the above person told me that now you do the agreement with the flat owner and submit it to the bank then...

        Hello,

        I have an existing home loan account with iifl since march, 17. On 17th june, 2019 i visited the local branch of iifl in sector - 22 chandigarh to make the part prepayment.

        I met with ms. Gupreet and made the payment of rs. 11 lacs. While making the payment i was informed by iifl employees that 1% prepayment charges would be applicable to which i objected. Ms. Grupreet asked me to wait for a day before she will confirm the prepayment charges.

        On 18th june, 2019 i got a call from ms. Confirmed where she confirmed as it's a commercial case i have to pay 1% prepayment charges to which i agreed.

        On 25th june, 2019 money was credited to my loan account but when i checked my account statement by login to online portal i was surprised to see only rs. 1, 069, 310.74 were credited to my account while i paid rs. 11 lacs.

        Since then i have called iifl office in chandigarh atleast 20 times and still the issue has been not resolved. Last month when i strictly asked ms. Gurpreet to provide the updates to which she replied "nobody from the main branch is replying to her email and so if i want i can file a complaint in consumer court".

        Is this how you trained your employees and treat your customers?

        This is not the first when i am frustrated with iifl services. From day one there is one issue or another. On numerous occasions iifl employees did fraudulence activities and even after complaining to their seniors no action was taken.

        I am not going to tolerate it this time and if the additional money charged is not refunded, i will be filing a complaint in consumer court and rbi. Further delay would result in stop making of all future emi's until the issue is resolved.

        I have attached the screenshot of my loan account statement which shows how much money was credited to my account along with the screenshot taken from iifl official website which proves that prepayment penalty can not be charged more than 1%.

        I look forward to the early resolution for the same. Will wait for a week before filing the complaint.

          Finally byjus says it will be deducted automatically you can not stop it.

          We have register Byju's for my daughter (9th to 12th std) on 14/07/2019 and received the KIT on 21/07/2019.But language understanding is very difficult to my daughter no learning, it is not useful for her and I am also not satisfied. So we had already informed to your representative (Mr. Rabeen khan ) within 10 days.But it is not cancelled yet .Money also detected from my personal account Rs 6758 on 10/10/2019.
          Total amount paid 9000 + 6758 = 15758.
          Now I am frequently calling to mentor(Mithulla ) for cancellation but they are not cancelling.

          Refer the attached document from Byju's representative for cancellation.

          Please take the immediate action to cancel and take back your KIT (Tablet Lenova ) .Please refund the balance amount

            no due certificate

            I asked for a no due certificate at the iifl dibrugarh branch. But they did not responded well and the manager behaved very rudely with me. As a consumer i am very disappointed. My loan a/c no. Gl7250581 & gl7302929 which were already repaid on 17/06/2017. Please arrange me the same. Due to non receipt of it my home is kept in hold. Please treat the matter as urgent one....

                Hello,
                My name is amandeep and i have a running homeloan with iifl (Branch-sec 22 chandigarh) from 9 oct 2017. I took a loan of amount 12, 67000/- from iifl. Initially they were giving the payments on time but now they are refusing to make a payment to my builder & saying that we dont have money to giving you. Every month on 10th interest emi is getting debit from my account. The pending amount is 2, 50, 000/-. And because of this i am unable to make a registry of my flat. And i gave the docs for top-up loan and mr arun who is employee at iifl chandigarh branch took cheque of amount 3540 from me for processing of loan. But they dint process and now they are not giving back my processing fee cheque from last 5 month. I am very much harrased from them. Kindly help me.

                  Submit salary slip by alpa thakkar is fraud with original stamp for joing iifl for better salary than dmcb bank. She's gross salary only 9600 with a contact basis without confirmation. Iifl vigilance can check with salary statement with dmcb bank. And action against alpa thakkar for joining and more salary her benifit. And talk badly with customers.

                    Subject: complain against india infoline finance limited (The local managers of race cource circle, vadodara branch) to not releasing vehicle after payment of due emis and asking for a bribe of 50000 to release vehicle
                    Based on above subjects, i rakesh sharma has power of vehicle no. Gj09 for wich the loan is going on with iifl. Vehicle owner has given me all powers of vehicles. After taking power of vehicle i have started to pay current installments.
                    Bank has seazed my vehicle overdue to balance emis due. For the conclusion i went to the bank and bank has demanded 1.6 lac to release the vehicle. I have paid the same on 17.07.2019. Bank has released vehicle release order. After paying the same the bank persons are asking for bribe of 50000 to release the vehicle. And threatening to hold the vehicle release if we are failed to pay bribe amount. Banks persons are torchering us not to give vehicle possession. Hear i have attached vehicle order release copy.

                        My loan account no sl1240991 name parveen grewal. Last six month my one installment /ecs bounce and i had made all the payments which is due against bounce charges but they are last six month every month demanding bounce amount with extra charges and all the time giving me messages and emails for payments. My loan already closed in may month but noc not given by bank side and all the mentally torture me by sending me these type of nonsense mail
                        And also my cibil affect because of this reason i had already return atleast 30 mail and too much calls their customer care but my issue not resolved. They every time demanding me bounce charges and late payment fee etc.

                            I am dharmesh malluvalasa and my personal loan number is sl1052146 and on 10th june, 2019, i had made payment for foreclosure of amount 1, 20, 200/- and it is july 1, 2019 till now i haven't received foreclosure letter from your end and i had been calling your team every day they only say it is not yet updated in your system and i had made an excess amount of 11, 800/- and haven't received my amount back, so please refund my excess amount and close my personal loan at earliest, i am really fed-up with your poor response and the way iifl team works.

                              I had an home loan account 743338 with iifl. I have been charged for two days extra on balance transfer. Your documents says 3 days extra and your local office guys charged me three working days (Saturday and sunday) extra. My bt took place on 12th and they asked me to pay till 17th. Besides this due to non communication between your local branch and main branch, my checque was put to clear twice on 15th and 18th. I need you to pay me cheque bounce charges as well. Please update me on the status of documents as more than 18 days have passed since my bt took place

                              I tried emailing you the issue. As I told you on the phone the reply from your side always comes " Request Submission Failed".

                              My account is closed from your side since 21st June. I had raised a request" 304427" on that day just prior to close and I never received a reply till now.

                              This is in regard to sms I received on 9th August 2019 regarding Excess refund on my account. I am attaching my banking details with cancelled cheque here. I tried to raise the request but again as my account is already closed at your company after BT, so failed to do so. Please refund the excess amount to my hdfc account as mentioned in cancelled cheque.

                              My Balance Transfer from the company took place on 12th June via Two cheques. One was from PNBHFL amounting 3529670 ( Chq No. 271660, dated 30th May 2019) . Other Cheque was from my account amounting 19347 ( Chq No. 37, dated 12th June). I am attaching my bank statement and cheque is cleared on 14th June itself.

                              Also attached is account statement of my account from where my EMI was was being paid off. I had to pay 2 ACH debit return charges on 15th and 18th of June.

                              As my Balance transfer had taken place on 12th June, why you will try for ACH on 15th / 18th.

                              I have received the original documents today. So that part is resolved. Looking forward to quick refund of extra charges they have taken and also the ACH Debit return charges.

                              I am surely not responsible for communication gap between you local and main branch. Nor I am responsible if your system updates things so late. I even received call to pay EMI on 20th June.

                                I m ur customer since last 1 year n i have got home loan from iifl, but this june month i didnt pay my emi on time so ur employee ask me again n again regarding pay emi, i say to him please cooperate n support me for some days n i committed for pay emi till 30th june. But ur employee irretate me, n came to my home address doing misbehave, he say to my family n my landlord, neighbour about my emi, i never face this type of behave in my life,
                                I would like to complaint to company employe mr rajeev ([protected]) for misbehave nature with my family, i m not satisfied to company person n i warn to iifl please no body come to my home address regarding any type of issue, if they want action please go to legal way. I m very disappointed with iifl indore team.

                                  Trade account with 5Paisa capital .user ID 55284327. Traded on 14th June 2019 for sell Online 4 shares of Infosys held in my demat account with 5 Paisa, which was purchased on 18th march under settlement no.2019054(Trade[protected]. However this company on 18th June auctioned to buy 4 shares of Infosys instead of debiting from demat account for the settlement of sell trade on 14th June 2019. Mails sent to support or compliance or anyone will be responded with ticket number since this system oriented. After that no personnel will attend to your query. You can phone but will be of no use since he will inform that he has taken up with back end team. But there is no back end or front end in this company to work and respond. Have taken up with NSE but seeing their bureaucratic way of registration of complaint wonder whether they will bother at all.In short one should be careful when you trade with this Broker who has no service when any query is sought.
