India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — No response for account opening

I am to inform you that iifl services are so poor.
I met Mr. Taj Mohammad AVP and Ms Sanchi Malik RM Delhi to defreeze my Karvy holdings in iifl. I submitted all documents to Ms Sanchi Malik RM on first week of December 2021 provided by Mr. Taj Mohammad AVP. After several messages and calls sent to both executives I have got no response till now.
It is requested that I may be informed necessary action taken about my holdings and demat and trading accounts in iifl.
