PLease complete my remat request and issue physical certificates for the SGB in my account. I have submitted multiple documents since november 2021 but no response untill now . KIndly help me. I just want to get my physical certificates and close the account. Simply terrible company.

We tried reaching you over phone. Nobody answers the phone. I am deeply upset why karvy stock transferred my account to iifl securities. Please help me by providing physical certificates so i can close the account. Because of iifl i will never do any trading or keep my demat account. Simply terrible

    I purchased my house in March 2020 and they assured me that I am able to get the subsidy . I fully fill all documents that I needed for PMAY kyc.
    After a many visits and online query in bank every time they say it in process
    Last week in February I visited iifl branch they said I am not eligible for subsidy.
    Whan I ask why is that they said I am in another category and subsidy is closed in that category last month.
    Now what is my mistake in this matter is not bank responsibility to provide all thing on time
    Is this only for taking money

    Please guide me how to get my subsidy

      Please update your branch premises with timings to be followed as Office hour and Business hour separately so as to avoid inconvenience to customers.
      I went to Kanka Nagar Bengaluru Branch for clousre of my loan account at 0530 pm on 08/03/2022 they refused saying cash is close for the day.
      A correct timing display outside the branch pemises could have saved my time and travel.
      Please look into to avoid such inconvenience to your valuable customer.

          I Himani Verma has taken three gold loans against Loan No. GL19141453, GL19141515 & GL19113345 one of them is on my name Ms. Himani Verma and other two is on my mother's name Mrs. Anita at your Indira Park branch, New Delhi-110045 on 20/10/2021. Yesterday, I visited there and asked them to release my gold and agreed to make the complete payment of the loan with interest but the Branch Manager (Mr. Debaprath Mandal) has refused to release my gold. He misbehaved with me and my mom and talked in a very rude and unprofessional way. First he tried to convenience me to not release the gold and asked me to continue the loan for the next one month and when I denied and told him that I want to close it by today itself then he said that we can't release the gold before 10th of this month due to the technical issue then I replied if any company is facing the technical issue so they couldn't be able to do any of their work but you guys are giving the gold loan to the customer and taking interest as well but you just facing technical issue only in the procedure of closing the loan then he clearly said that if you want to make the complete payment for closing this loan then I can take the payment from you but I will not handover the gold to you before 10th of this month. The branch manager Mr. Debaprath Mandal or one of the female staff Mrs. Khushi they have behaved in a very unprofessional, unethical and rude way. And after all the conversation I asked him twice, thrice to handover my gold but he clearly refused then I called at your Customer Support no. which is [protected] and told about all the scenario to executive then your executive took the BM on con call and he again talked with me in a very unprofessional way then he said mam that you are saying BAKWAAS and then I asked your executive to take his senior on call then she took Mr. Shyam Sundar on call, he listened to me very patiently and told me to wait for 10 mins and said I'll talk with the staff and call you back and after that you can visit there and after making the payment you will get your gold back. I waited for his call back for almost an hour but didn't receive the call then I again called your customer support number and asked them to take Mr. Shyam Sundar on conference, first he didn't pick the call, then I asked your executive to call him again and the second time he picked the call and said that you will get the call from the staff for the closure of the loan and provided me his direct contact number then I waited for sometime and when I didn't receive the call from the branch then I again called him and again he said wait and asked for the GL nos. and told me the same thing that I'll call you back and didn't call me. Then I finally got the call from one of the branch staff her name was Kajal and she said the new story to me that Mam you haven't paid the interest of your loan for last 102 days and that's why we have sent your packet to our Dwarka Sector-7 branch so now you have to pay the complete interest amount then I'll write the mail to Dwarka branch for returning your packet back then we can close your loan after that. So, basically what I felt that your whole staff of your company is just making sure that the customer should trouble and need to climb the mountains for getting their gold back and your team doesn't want to return the ornaments back to customer because till the time I was at the branch I have seen that the every single customer who is visiting the branch is not satisfied with your services. Your team is sending their gold in auction without making any intimation to the customer.
          Now all I want from you is to release my gold and hand it over to me after taking the complete payment of the loan by tomorrow itself.
          And please arrange my call to the senior who can help me in this issue and whatever I have experienced with your company, I would never suggest your services to anyone because the way your staff made me trouble I would make sure that no one will go through this.

                Greetings, I had opted for a Housing Loan with IIFL back in 2017, based on recent changes in Housing loan ROI revision I had approached for rate revision, but they were not able to match current market rates and suggested revising it to 8% with an additional one-time fee, with that note, I requested them back on 9th Feb to initiate Foreclosure process to BT my loan to another bank. but still not no active response from the Bank :-(

                Request your support to expedite IIFL in closing my current HL with IIFL .

                  Dear Sir,

                  I’m writing this mail on account a middle class family citizen of India, who with 3 partners had dreamt about growing an industry to empower women in the Indian village. Back In 2018 December we started a Manufacturing Business of Incense Sticks, completely with Zero Carbon Footprint keeping in mind that we wanted to help the backward housewife of the village in Basirhat, West Bengal, India, keeping our Prime Minister Vision of Atma Nirbhar Bharat. To do So we had first taken a SME loan from your esteemed institution IIFL, of 5, 00, 000/- under our partnership firm named Znome Solutions, which we successfully paid of the entire amount with interest. Based on our repayment on time we were approached for a higher Loan Amount of 15, 00, 000/- IN 2019.
                  Since the disbursement of the Loan to April 2019 we had never ever missed out with our any EMI’s, but due to the Covid Pandemic we very badly hit & due to which all our companies’ operations have been shut down since the last 15 to 16 months we had been trying to jump back but that failed too. IIFL has all the rights to take any legal actions as because we understand we are defaulters, but Sir that does not give any Official Staff of IIFL to come to my home & insult & threaten my parents in my absent. Sir, if you see one the attachment that I’m a terminally Ill patient, but I’m trying to take any advantage of my situation rather it is life treating. I have CHRONIC LIVER CIRRHOSIS, I have ben asked by treating Doctor to get my my self evaluated for the DEAD DONOR LIST FOR LIVER TRANSPLANT, ( so I had to go to Delhi to get it done through AIIMS, as it is free for such patient.
                  Now, during these days so called Collection Manager: Ms. Rakhi Das, Ph No: - [protected], comes to my home, Abuses & threatens my parents by calling them thief as about the whereabout of myself, as if i was theif & ran away after taking the money. I kept on pleading that once i’m back will talk to her, how to get it settled. I understand if this is a tactics to pressurise the defaulters to assure payments. But that does not give her the privilege to Abuse & threaten my parents & i have many witness who can prove the same.
                  Sir, it is upto you what steps you take. Understanding our concern & present situation request you to please take up our case and assign someone other Ms. Rakhi to sit down together & settled this Loan.
                  Sir, our 2nd Partner’s parents has a small land in their village, the price is around 4.30 lakhs & the rest 70, 000 has to be managed by ourself through our friends & family. A detailed proposal of the same also has been attached in the below. Awaiting a positive response from your end.

                        I had taken a loan from iifl with loan number IL 10082676. I have already paid 60% of the loan amount in the month of January yet I am being charged for the same emi as before. The outstanding balance is not updated and the customer service refuses to do it. Kindly look into it as soon as possible or the next option will be to raise a legal complaint on consumer forum for misconduct.

                              I have borrowed a loan through Krazybee, from India Infoline (Acc. No. SL1134900) of Rs. 5, 250 on 12.02.2018. I have closed the loan in 2018 itself. But still it is showing as active in my credit report. Not only this, India Infoline has reported many of my loans late, because of which my credit score is very low and I can't get bank loans for my personal needs. Inspite of paying all my loans on time, because of your irresponsible behavior my credit score became too low. I strongly urge you to take necessary actions regarding the closure of my loan account (Acc. No. SL1134900), and also to repair my credit score.

                                  I am to inform you that iifl services are so poor.
                                  I met Mr. Taj Mohammad AVP and Ms Sanchi Malik RM Delhi to defreeze my Karvy holdings in iifl. I submitted all documents to Ms Sanchi Malik RM on first week of December 2021 provided by Mr. Taj Mohammad AVP. After several messages and calls sent to both executives I have got no response till now.
                                  It is requested that I may be informed necessary action taken about my holdings...

                                  IIFL has pursuaded everyone to transfer their Karvy demat accounts with itself but no assistance is provided in transferring of shares lying in pool account of Karvy. I have no idea whom to approach, the shares were bought in mid 2000s and hence bank proofs are not available however the shares are shown in my CDSL demat account. No guidance provided even though we are trying from March 2021.
