Third class service providing by iifl... I am having dmat account with iifl, if any request i have sent vide my registered mail id you not able to process the same.. Only my request was to send pledge docs to my working place (Where courier services easily available).. Other than my registered address... My registered address is in rural area near at sangli mh... Where courier/s not providing their services (But indian post service is available very prompt)... If i am giving instruction through my registered mail id why you not processing the same... I have charging penal for non submission of pledge docs within time... I have sent mail for docs on 17.04.2017 shipment arrived at sangli on 19.04.2017.. Same is pending with them only... Refer attached mail details in this regards.. Required you suitable action on the same... Rm has also informed today i will call you in 5 minutes till time i have not received call... Regards...
