Despite keeping in continuous touch with your agents and informing them that there will be a bit of delay in paying my this months emi, continuous calls are made to my family members for payment. The way your agent speaks can be only compared to people belonging from areas where we never visit. Despite repeatedly telling them about the situation your agent ms minakshi has been continuously calling my elderly relatives and abusing them for payment. Firstly it is illegal to pull out personal contact details and call records without informing the person. Secondly the behaviour is unprofessional and can be best termed as slum language. Calling up my relatives to defame me for payment is not legal. Also i have mentioned if there are legal steps the company wants to take for non payment like reporting to cibil or black listing of pan and aadhar the company can do. Despite several reminders to not to contact my relatives as it is illegal, no heed was paid. I have always been in touch with your agents through call, sms, whatsapp and email. Even after this they’re contacting people who have nothing to do with it. I have never said that i won’t pay the money. But it will take sometime as i am in a financial crisis. But this kind of behaviour is not acceptable. Request you to look into it. The number from where my relatives are getting calls are mentioned below. [protected] [protected] [protected] If these calls whose numbers are sourced illegally without permission don’t stop, i will be taking legal action against the person concerned and your firm.
