I had asked for home loan in their web portal i got a call from iifl mr. Ravi patil ph: [protected] on 30.11.2018 after speaking he directly gave the phone to speak to his manager who has no manners how to speak with the customer. More over he harassed me about my salary and he is speaking as if i am begging for loan more over mr. Ravi said you are looking for loan he is the manager, as if this company is giving loan for free or without interest. I want this company to take strict action on them they dont have minimum manners to speak with the customers.

    Dear Team,

    I had applied home loan from IIFL and received sanctioned letter, but now legal verification is pending because iifl executive forcing me to buy home loan insurance from tied up company.

    Let me know is it mandatory to buy home loan insurance through IIFL for taking home loan?

    In case customer already applied term insurance which covers all natural death and critical illness disease and nominee will get benefits of this and will pay to IIFL then why IIFL not accepting this?

    Let me know above things and help me i am seeking of this and delaying in processing of home loan

    We bought housing loan for 20years 240 months and it's almost 5months we paid now suddenly they changed the emi tenure to 261 months and without intimate why??

        Dear sir, i want to close my dmat account please help me on this.

        I have sent multiple emails to support team and also was unable to reach on[protected].
        My assigned customer support manager is also not responding and helping me on this.

        Just want to inform you that its very bad experience as while opening your service is very active and if someone wants to close its very difficult process. I have sent an email to your email address.
        From date of 9th november 2018..i done courier to iifl thane head branch..for the POA..and that service haven't yet activated..kindly forward my request and resolve it out..
        I took a gold loan from your company { IIFL GOALD LOAN VIDISHA BRANCH} but I have closed the goals loan but even after that there is no closed closure due to which my cibil is getting spoiled, please grace me to remove it

          Myself Rajib.I am the employee of IIFL goldloan, As a Gold Appraiser.I am a new joinee, nearly 2 months .I am at Raghunathpur branch.Dist.Jagatsinghpur.
          I am feeling bad to say that IIFL goldloan section has very poor service for branch interior and its machinary equipments.

          1.bathroom is too smell and dirty.flush is not working.
          2.no drinking water purify machine.
          3.AC is not working.
          4.poision insects are wondering inside the branch premises.

          These problems are very important to solve for betterment for an employee and also for customers.Afterall Customer is king.
          If the employees are not fit and facing these type of problems while working inside branch how can a employee feel healthy and happy.

          HEALTH IS WEALTH.

          I already told many times about these problems to BM Sir and TM sir, but there is no positive reply.other employees has same issue.
          But I raise these problems on this portal.

          So My humble request to you that kindly solve it.

            We are running a construction company and post demonetization and major cylcone Varada at Chennai, it was a great downfall for us. It's not only Chelliah Chandar builders, its for every real estate company. We have requested for settlement of loan as we cant able to repay the loan. IIFL has given the settlement for Rs.1.16 Crore on 30th July, 2018 with 31st July, 2018 as the closure date for payment more than a Crore. We have requested for a month time to pay as we need time to mobilize the amount, subsequently we have paid partial amount of Rs.36.0 Lakhs ( All based on commitment of Local and Banglaore team). Local team has accepted the DDs and promised that we shall pay the balance in a month time. Now before making the final amount, we have requested for confirmation letter that property documents will be released after taking Rs.80 Lakhs. I have been following with local chennai team and then with Bangalore team for last 2 months in Email and personal visit to Chennai office multiple times, proof for every communications and in whatsapp. No response. I have shared even the DD taken and available with us, it's neither useful for IIFL nor for us. This has created lot of mental agony and pain for us. Need the senior management of IIFL to discuss with us and resolve.

              I have been using iifl account for few years. About 7-8 years back when i was not using it actively, the iifl employees did illegal trading in my account without my knowledge and there was no resolution. Now, recently i started using this account and then one day noticed that out of 8200 ruppes net profit in options, they charged 3800 as brokerage. They used to charge 100 ruppees on a lot of 40 shares of bank nifty but when thelot size changed, they still are charging 100 on a lot of 20. Is this reasonable? On follow ups, the rm is not approachable. Cs sends the same robotic responses. Included nirmal jain (Ceo) in email thread — still no resolution. Finally going for closure of account - client id kalyan52.
              My only questions — a) why are these companies allowed to exist when they treat customer for fleecing only.
              B) adding ceo in loop also does not help? Where will a customer go in such case.

              There is no resolution on the key issues raised:
              1- Why 100 rupee brokerage on a lot of 20? that too this was the same brokerage for a lot of 40.
              2- There is no RM for my account as per discussions with IIFL team. why is that? There is another interesting thing - if i call IIFL customer care number, i'll be charged 100 rupees per call. So, if customer has a concern, customer is completely at their MERCY.
              3- They ask for customer to plead for changing the brokerage charges. unless customer pleads with them -- they won't do it. There is no condition -- just the customer should get down and plead with them.
              4- Including CEO Nirmal Jain also did not help in emails. but adding complaint on this forum probably woke them up and they started sending same robotic response. no concrete resolution even now however.

              Going back to my original questions:
              a) why are these companies allowed to exist when they treat customer for fleecing only.
              B) adding ceo in loop also does not help? Where will a customer go in such case.
              Look at the Brokerages Charges mentioned in your KYC document. If they are charging more than what has been agreed, then write a strongly worded email to their customer service. Then without waiting for resolution of the issue by these brokerage sucking vultures, lodge a complaint with NSE, BSE or SEBI. Do it immediately.

                Dear sir,

                I am 65 years old senior citizen and residing in 11, balasaraswathy illam, goripalayam, madurai north, madurai. I have pledged my daughter’s jewels at iifl, narayanapuram, madurai on 17.05.2018 and they have mentioned that the jewels should be closed or repledged on or before 16.11.2018 by paying principal with interest together (Jewel lodged amount rs.63500, rs.94450 and rs.17550) and mentioned this in the receipt also. After that i received a reminder letter from iifl for paying interest of my jewel loan on 29th of august 2018. Then i went to iifl, narayanapuram on 07.09.2018 and asked the staff about the letter. They said “it is only a reminder letter for paying interest nothing worried about the letter”, then i informed them that actual agreement period ends only on 16.11.2018, but i will preclose all my jewel loans and get back my jewels by paying the entire loan amount (I. E. Principal and interest for all the jewel loan accounts) on 01.10.2018. They also satisfied with my clarification.in this situation, i went to iifl, narayanapuram with my family on 01.10.2018 to preclose the jewel loans and take back all my jewels, but i was shocked, that the staffs r. Parthiban raja, s. Karthikeyan and g. Ravikumar were told that they were already auctioned all my jewels on 26.09.2018. I was appalled that without any prior notice and any intimation to me, how they can auctioned my jewels. I asked them the particulars of auction procedure details and intimation copy from them. But they don’t have anything with them. Then i asked them to provide the concern superior officials (Who have the deciding authority) number and contact particulars for complaint purpose, but they roughly refused to me and scold me by used bad words and told me to do anything you can. I totally astonished and this issue has created troubles in my life. My son tried many times to visit the branch to meet the branch manager for complaint about these activity of the staffs, but he did not receive any information and also the concerned branch manager is not available for the past three weeks. This all were a planned criminal practise of the staffs r. Parthiban raja, s. Karthikeyan and g. Ravikumar with the knowledge of ilayaraja, the auction supervisor of iifl madurai. This is fully unlawful and totally against to fair trade practise. So please take a needful legal action against the iifl, narayanapuram branch and the staffs, and help me to get back all my jewels.

                      Hello friends,
                      Never take loan from iifl. Very very poor service. I have submitted the cheque for foreclosing the loan. But after one months they have not updated the account & emi also drawn from my account. I have talked many times to customer care. They also not given the satisfied answer. Always they told they doesn't know about the cheque status. Deposit slip of bank also mailed. Complaint also mailed on all levels (1, 2, 3) but not response till now. What happened i don't know?

                      Still Problem not resolved after many times follow up by e-mail & by phone to customer care. I have paid all balance loan amount through NEFT. Still my emi debit & in your system payment not updated. Though NEFT payment updated within same day but in your system not updated from past 20 days. IIFL service is very poor, in my life I will never go with IIFL.

                        Hi,

                        I have requested iifl for my home loan, and mr. Ram from iifl was in touch with me from builder side. His number is [protected].
                        I have submitted all the documents and even the pd was done but after that he vanished.
                        Amount paid of 5, 750 to iifl deducted from my account on 15th october and there is no sanction copy and there is noway of communication from his side happening to us.

                        Sometimes he tells he is out of station, if you get from another bank take it, with us you have to wait for 15 more days. And as per my knowledge the payment should not get deduct from customer account without singing any sanctions.

                        Now he is not responding to calls or messages.

                        We have been threatened by him as its out first house and so many emotions have been attached.

                        There is no professionalism by the company and team member working in organisation

                          Today be are listen as iifl is good about the service and its quality but this is totally wrong perseption about this they are not do anything because the employee are not serious about any thing which are running or happen.
                          From last 1 months they are not attached my poa the status of my poa is n.
                          Untill i send second copy from speed post. 😑
                          At the time of account opening they r very excited call me 4-6 time in a fix given time but today they make only ticket else not any thing.

                            Few months back i take the gold loan from IIFL and now i want to release my gold with paying complete payment including interest but the employee in IIFL is rejecting to release my gold. please info this to the staff of that branch. I provided branch details in below. If they continue to do like this I'm going file a case against them in police station

                              Dear Sir/Madam,
                              I have applied for a business loan from IIFL through an agent, but IIFL have not given any information regarding Loan, and later when i asked for it they fed me up with lies, saying that sir you will get it online by accessing your online account. So, i did and i found nothing there. so, i again called them and asked for it. They filed my complaint and said you will get response within 24hrs.
                              and i waited but no response, and when asked to talk to their seniors, they refused, saying they are not available.
                              Worst experience with IIFL.

                              I don't know how they sent it but a day after filing my complaint on consumer complaints, I received my loan schedule from IIFL. So, Thank You maybe because of Consumer Complaints they did it soon.

                                    My home loan account no. Il10019468. My emi due on 15sep 18. Same should debit through ecs debit. But ecs debit return from bank on 28aug18. Which was not inform by iihfl or bank to me. Where as iihfl took interest on my emi. Which is not fare. Because there is no fault from my side. My emi is 19938 which should debit from 15 sep 18 through ecs. Now iifhl charge rs.19938 along with rs.373.59 interest.
                                    Pls help me so this can't happen in future.

                                      I kept my gold in your dhundahera (gurgaon)Branch and i m facing issues with your branch. Yesterday i received a whatsapp msg from your branch manager that gold with will auctioned if the emi's were not paid.When I asked the Brunch Manager, he said to me that he added everyone to the boardcost to reduce the his work.How did you make a lazy to be the manager of your branch, dhundahera gurgaon which does not even know what is wrong impect with such a wrong message on the company's profile.

                                      Today i visit to branch and came to know that he has broadcast a message to all customers on WhatsApp and sent it.

                                      It will create a panic to all the customers and may lead to dissatisfaction from your services.

                                      Pls look into this issue and resolve this asap.
