India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — Refund o[censored]nused balance in my account | |||||
I had opened an account with iifl chennai in august 2013 for trading but never really used it. however, i had transferred an amount of inr10, 000 and 2, 809 vide icici bank cheque no 240081 and 240082, which were debited from my account on 01/08/2013. when i submitted a request for closure of my account and refund of the balance, they were not able to trace the funds transferred. since then i have written several emails along with the screen shot of my bank account statements to provide details of the amounts debited. however, no action has yet been taken by the company. my account details are mentioned below:client id: 14296234, login id:otcbsaro Was this information helpful? | |||||
