This in regards to home loan no:773329, as per rbi rules interest rates have been reduced on all banks to 8.39% roi its been past six months i am trying to get a feedback about the issue. Still roi charged is more than 9 %.
After seeing bad reviews in regards to customer grievience redressal online iam quite intimidated by how long it might take for my issue to get resolved.
After following up for many times i still do not get any response from bank neither through calls nor through mails.
This is to just inform that iam compelled to take next step just in case if the bank didn't respond to changed roi in refrence to my home loan no:773329
This process should have been automated as the bank has started losing it's credibility among other banks and customers. Was this information helpful? |
I am following up with IIFL since May 2017 for the change in ROI. After May in the month of July rate was revised to 8.5% from 10.05% subject to switch fee of Rs.5900/-. I have paid the same on 01st Aug 2017 and again started following up for implementing the rate to my account. On 25.09.2017 bank come up with comments that your bouncing and penalty charges are pending, please pay it to get the rate effected to your account, I paid it on 27.09.2017, now again I got a call from Branch saying that your this month EMI is unpaid please pay the same to get effected. Now to conclude with DO IIFL REALLY FOLLOWING YOUR OWN POLICY ? WHY INFORMING AND COMING UP NEW SURPRISES ? DO THEY THINK CUSTOMER IS FOOL AND SENSELESS ?
You guys are just postponing the matter for the sake of filling your pockets by the interest paid by customer, I will lodge the complaint with National Housing Bank and Reserve Bank of India now. Undoubtedly I will pay my dues i.e.ONLY ONE EMI. I am going to claim the excess interest paid to bank since its approval. If the bank is not being fair to customer then why should customer be so polite & humble.If paying the EMI on time is define as GOOD CUSTOMER then same way passing the RIGHT OF CUSTOMER will decide the GOOD BANK.
I am going to raise the the issue until its resolution till the end. I seek your assistance and will be highly appreciated.
