This is my friend issue.
He worked in IIFL for 2.8years. But he joined in somewhere they are asking Relieving Letter. If not provide the RL his career and life will be ending.
He sent mails to Management like below many times.
Hi Sir/Madam,
Kindly informing you that, All issues had been rectified and closed all overdue GL accounts as auditing team requested from my side. I got one show cause notice regarding the packet release issue, but issue was resolved same day and I gave cleared explanation to HR team on that issue. After few days you people took decision and suddenly terminated me without intimation me and my fell on road.
My humble request is please recheck with audit team and give the clearance to HR team and issue the Relieving Letter.
Note:-
1. For your reference I attached chain mails and check all details.
2. Recently I got Full and final settlement on sep-15-2022.
3. I have been requesting and begging you for RL since few months no one is understanding my situation.
4. I am having two baby girls and how can I lead my family without a job and Relieving Letter?
5. I worked In my previous organisation for 7.6years with no defect. Please check with them for your reference.
6. As a manager I did all the business requirements and all the targets on time.
7. When I was working in the Nakrekal branch, TM said that, suryapet branch is struggling and facing some problems. You should take care, that is my specialty and strength.
8. I took charge and set the all things in suryapet branch, but employees are fault. I informed multiple times to my TM. He promised me that I will transfer another branch, but he loose his promise.
9. If you want I will come anywhere to explain those things to you and I follow all the protocols.
10. I believe that in my life I never make mistake.
Note: Finally my humble request to you is please provide me with a Relieving Letter. Otherwise there is no option to lead life with my family and you are responsible for this. Still I believe that IIFL is never entertaining employees and it's a strength for employees.
