I took a personal loan from iifl finance about three years back with regular emis. But now last few months since I had a rupee arrangement I paid the loan balance online then after a few days I checked again inside the app. The loan was still not closed and they were asking to pay again, so I thought that there might be a few days of interest due, so we have to pay Rs. .After that I tried to contact them many times through email in their chat box but they are not giving me any response. After that I went to different branches and tried to contact them but even from there I don't get any proper suggestion now the problem is that they add little by little daily and add penalty and the amount is big again I am fed up And I want to get out of this.

    Dear team i leave iifl 4 months ago but they didn’t provide my relieving and full and final settlement yet.i did lot of mails to exit TM (baljeet singh) and but they are not hearing.please help

      Dear Team,

      I had applied for 2nd home loan for approved property as guided by the IIFL team under swaraj product. Pure rental basis my verification was completed successfully. Loan process almost lasted for 2 months and same got rejected few days back. The rejection reason was because one personal was applied between 2 months. Requesting to help in helping to Reconsider my loan application and i am ok to close the Personal loan if required.
      My 1 home loan with IIFL is already running with on time EMI payments. Loan is since 1.5 year +.

        I am having loan account number 761878 and i am planning to close the loan.
        I requested the fore-closer letter, but they are not giving me simply they are dragging it.
        I raised request on 26th of December and they told me to wait for 7 working days.
        When i called them on the 8th working day, they told me to wait for 48 hours.
        When i called after 48 hours, they told me that they will give in next 24 hours.
        After calling 24 hours, they told they will give by end of the day.
        This is keep on going today, end of the day, 24 hours and then 48 hours etc.

        Please help me in this.

          At the time of loan borrowing, you assured me that my Home loan will be Fixed EMI basis, i have requested to increase 2 years to reduce my EMI which were fixed to Rs.23093.

          Now i am very much surprised to received below email mentioned to increase in EMI Rs 4000 approx

          Sir, please note, i am not able to re-pay this extended EMI which is out of my pocket

                  My name is Anita Singh and I am the widow of Anoop Gupta. Anoop Gupta's home loan was going on from your bank. Loan account number (IL[protected]. My husband passed away last year. Insurance company also did not support me. I was pregnant and had a small child. Bank auctioned my property without any letter But On talking, they gave me the settlement letter, which I paid with great difficulty, now it has been 2 months, but they are not giving me the NOC. In Motinagar, Delhi, how many times Should i go . they does not pick up the phone and even after going, only gets the date. I don't have money and I am in debt, now I don't understand what to do. There are Tarun Sehrawat and Lekhraj Singh who meet in Moti Nagar branch but they are not doing any work please understand my problem and give me some solution

                      I have closed all personal loans of IIFL, account number : SL3022356 with sanctioned amount 10406 and SL3073916 with sanctioned amount 9381. However its still showing amount overdue as 400 & 389 respectively in my credit report. I don't understand why this is showing, as i have paid all EMIs on time.

                        I am Akshay Gurav holding email ID [protected]@gmail.com my number is [protected] I just checked my cibil credit score and its showing 709. where i found you have reported a fake update of my delayed payment for experian and credit score whereas nothing such was found in my payment history.
                        i didn't even haven't delayed payment by even one day, i want to know why is this fake report posted in my credit score.

                        I request you to immediately update experian & cibil that it was a fake update
                        Due to this my credit score has been reduced from 758 to 709.

                            Relieving Letter Not Providing

                            This is my friend issue.
                            He worked in IIFL for 2.8years. But he joined in somewhere they are asking Relieving Letter. If not provide the RL his career and life will be ending.

                            He sent mails to Management like below many times.

                            Hi Sir/Madam,

                            Kindly informing you that, All issues had been rectified and closed all overdue GL accounts as auditing team requested from my side. I got one show...

                            Dear Team,

                            I was previous employee of IIFL, My Employee Details are as under.

                            Employee Name : Vishal N Maher
                            Employee Code: C162603
                            Relieving Date: 01/03/2021

                            I have not received yet my relieving letter.

                            When i was mail for require relieving letter, reply from HR that there is excess funding pending which i was given on loan to customer. I clear all excess funding which was i given to cutomer.

                            Then i mail for require relieving letter they said that provide waiver approval from senior authority, I also provide Zonal Head approval for that in july-2022 after that my so many followup on mail but still there is no reply from IIFL HR team.

                            Even though I gave everything which they asked for, but still i have not received Relieving letter.

                            Because of this pending relieving letter I have to quit my current job so who is responsible for it?Kindly give compansation for that.

                            Due to this thing IIFL brand name image is deteriorating.

                            Please do needful on urgent basis and provide me my Relieving letter.

                            And if i was terminated then why i was asked for waiver approval of my senior from you in the mail??? I was also provided ZH approval as per your requirement.

                            Then why am i being harrased so much? I am the sole earner in my family, and now due to not submit this relieving letter in my job, my job has been also lost, so you are also responsible for this.

                            Because of this pending relieving letter, i will not get any other job because of you. You will be responsible for any further steps i will take.

                              I want forclosure my home loan account 728573, i deposited all money they asked for, even 2000extra money.

                                  I received my final settlement on 15/10/2022 but I still didn't receive my relieving letter. You mentioned relieving letter will be issued with in three working days from post FNF settlement . Three days had passed from the FNF settlement.

                                  Hlo this side Nita Chhetri, I am an ex employee of IIFl gold loan department, i resigned from IIFL ON 1st oct 2022 and servings one month of notice period but till now didn't receive reliving/experience/FNF (SALARY) please solve this problem I am tired because of my territory manager and branch manager didn't response is this any manner?? Can you please help regarding this, Because staff are really not doing there job properly, is this the right manner???

                                    Hi everyone this is jaya I am one of the customer of Iifl gold loans. I am faceing number of problems iifl pallavi tower's anantapur branch. I am not getting any calls nd messages regarding intrest due dates nd scheme changes.if I ask them why not informing anything they said silly answer sorry mam next time we will call . About these situations I visited branch there is no branch manager if I ask about him staff told sir is went out, I visited number of times but I never seen branch manager he is so irrespective nd irresponsible nd staff are doing time pass In their office I am requesting to head of department please go nd check all branchs at anantapur employees so irresponsible number of customers suffering from anantapur branchs try to resolve problems or else the branch will close soon bcoz undisplained employees.as soon as customers will through the stone Tomato nd eggs on branches
