India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — Sale of axis bank lot without confirmation | |||
Sir, I had purchased 1000 axis bank lot on 12.01.2016 @507.00. Due to sudden fall in rate, i decided to carry it and i also spoke to hold it. But surprisingly my lot sold @491.00 on 13.05.2016 without my knowledge and confirmation which in turns i suffered loss by rs 17000.00. In this connection i sent mail on 13.05.2016 but neither i got reply nor any authorised person contacted to me. It clearly indicate that you are doing for only brokerage not for customers benefits.
