Never open an account with iifl. This is basically a one man show business.
You will be trapped if you open a account with them. There is not any rule regulation of their company. Now a days they are giving opportunity to open an zero balance account. Friend i am requesting you don't be trapped. There are doing fraudulent with their customer.
1) once you open an account with them then they will ask for pay of rs. 25k for reducing the brokerage charges.
2) they don't have any facility to speak with relation ship manager because mobile phone does not available in office time.
3) if you send any email to rm and his bm then both will be block you.
4) their main motive is do not retain the client. Actual motive is how to snatch his client's investment.
5) if you send an email for changing the rm then they will not accept it because of no digitization... Need hard copy request... Was this information helpful? |

Last 2 months sending email to IIFL customer care but could not receive any reply. Their tendency is to suck the all money of their customer. It seems its a fraud company.
Please advice how could IIFL sold my shares in following price on 29th Nov 2019 if the high & low is different price:
Axis bank -Rs 717.40/-
Apollo tyre- Rs. 163.60/-
Venkys-1772. 10/-
